The secret to a great Doctor is his staff.I know I worked for 5 Pediatricians.I spoke to Dawn who made me an appointment as a new patient to see Dr.Szoke.She was very helpful and very pleasant and a great asset to Dr.Szoke’s practice.

I have not even seen Dr. Szoke yet, but I had an amazing experience booking my appointment this morning. One of the staff members, Dawn received my referral and called me to book my appointment today. She was very nice and helpful and actually took the time to work with my schedule, and found the perfect date and time for me to come in. It was a pleasure talking to her this morning!!!

First of all I was very pleased with Dawn one of the office associates getting me an appointment in a timely manner. The day of my appointment I was also very pleased with Dr Szoke in regards to what some call bedside manners!

Dr. Szoke has been my doctor for 10 years. He is excellent in his field, always explains thoroughly in an understandable way. He is respectful, he listens and always addresses my concerns. He is the only doctor that actually calls me on the phone to discuss tests etc. I would have given him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Szoke!

Dr. Szoke has been fantastic, which is why I’m quite upset I have to look for a new endocrinologist as a result of his incredibly rude and condescending office staff.

I have seen Dr Ervin Szoke for over 5 years and he is one of the best Doctors I have. He listens to what I have to say and my requests, evaluates my medical needs, informs me of treatments methods and their effectiveness, he allows me to be part of the decision making process for treatment. He is compassionate and very responsive to calls and the messages through the patient portal. The whole staff is very nice and helpful.

Dr.Szoke is absolutely the most fantastic doctor I have ever had to help manage type 1 diabetes. He listens and really seems interested in helping as much as possible. Office staff sometimes seems edgy. They probably feel overworked. I understand, and they are doing a fantastic job, so no complaints about them.
