I had a 11:30 am appt. At 1:00 pm I was still waiting in exam room. I dressed and left!

Not only was a referral sent over 2 weeks ago I've called and left several messages with Not 1 returned phone call. They DONT answer or return phone calls. All these reviews in regards to the same issues is a problem with the practice. Look how low their ratings are. I wouldn't go here even if they called back at this point. Out of all the other options available in our area I will be going elsewhere. Absolutely horrible.

Always impressed with how friendly and thorough Dr Clayton is when I go for my annual. I highly recommend her.

Done with trying to get an appointment with this practice. No return calls. Several voice-mails left.

The consistent low reviews are warranted.And, it goes beyond phone calls not being returned. Ever wonder why none of it is addressed? I am still in shock from my experience with the doctor (not related to front desk). I am even more shocked to see that as long ago it was for my horrible doctor experience, the reviews are low with recent visits.

Avoid! Waited 2 hours 45 minutes for appt., then she tried to charge me $300 for an office visit DURING my 100% covered well woman visit- simply because SHE asked ME a couple questions regarding menopause. Umm, even though I didn’t initiate the conversation…shouldn’t discussions regarding menopause be included in a well woman visit? The woman in the billing department was beyond rude, told me if I didn’t want to be charged $300 for separate office visit I “shouldn’t have answered the doctor’s questions” lol, and “welcome to life”. I got my insurance provider on the case to explain to that lovely gal that’s not how 100% covered well woman exams work. This doctor is shady as all get out. Go elsewhere!

No matter the time of day they dont answer the phone and you dont get any calls back

Avoid at all costs, especially if you have surgery scheduled with Dr. Clayton. I supposedly was on the books last March for a laparoscopic surgery due to a painful ovarian cyst. I went through all the pre op appointments, the required testing through different testing centers only to find out that I was never on the books. I was lead to believe by the doctor and her staff that I would be having surgery. I was surprised to find out when I called the surgery center that apparently they had not booked it. I went to the ER and quickly found a new doctor. I am now being billed for pre op appointments for a surgery I was stood up on. They call and text and harass me for payment, but when I try to dispute it, they just hang up. I can’t reach anyone over there who can help me. I have not heard a peep from Dr. Clayton since this incident. Can someone at this office PLEASE contact me? I don’t know how else to reach you. Update: My dad had spoke with the staff and they stated the doctor would be writing off the pre op appointments and in turn, we agreed to pay only for the first visit. But that was another lie. I’m very disappointed that you sent me to collections for the full amount despite my many attempts to contact you to resolve this debt. I will be disputing it with the agency. Never in my life have I received such poor care.

Phone calls not returned. Office is dirty, wait time is horrendous, appointment time means nothing

This office never returns phone calls no matter how many messages you leave. They don't answer the phone during business hours no matter how many times you call. If you have an immediate need you better just go to urgent care.
