This Dr will cancel on you without even speaking to you or seeing you for your 1st appt. I had an appt scheduled for new patient. She canceled on me a week before my appt saying my labs were fine. I waited months to get in to see a specialist of course. I am very familiar with RA as this runs in my family. If you are RF negative which both members in my family are then she will cancel. She goes by labs and will not even give you an exam. Her staff kept saying they had me do labs and they haven't (my PCP did). And not all the necessary labs that a rheumatologist would require even. Apparently she doesn't know you can be RF- and still have RA. Very unethical dr! She had the earliest new patient date to be seen and now I know why. Don't bother going to her if you want a intelligent dr that actually specializes in their field. I don't normally write reviews but this was very upsetting. Now I have to wait several more months to see another specialist.
The rheumatologist is about as good as any other rheumatologist we've seen, but you are just a number to them. Don't get on the admins at the front desk's bad side or they will make your life horrible. They supposedly have a new office manager so it might be better, but we will never be returning here.

I couldn’t even make a appointment there. They told me they did not accept Medicaid and I understood that fully. So I asked could I pay out of pocket for my appointment and they told me the prices and then turned around and said he was just told that because I have Medicaid I’m not allowed to pay out of pocket their so basically I’m not able to be a patient. I felt this was very biased.
Very good to us
So happy with my experience would recommend her to anyone. Very compassionate physician office was nice and clean. I have been in pain with my knee for months I switched doctors to Dr Lopez and she was able to remove the pain from my knee with an ultrasound machine right there in office. Forever grateful!!
Great physician, takes her time and makes sure that nothing is missed.
Dr Lopez is thorough, compassionate and communicates well. Her staff is amazing.
Awesome doctor, was able to get medications corrected. Noticed a huge difference from my other doctors happy she is back in the area.
Dr. Lopez is the absolute best!! The other Rheumatologists on my insurance plan and in the area were booked out months. So my PCP referred me to FL Rheumatology care and was able to get an appointment within a week or so. During both appointments Dr. Lopez was extremely thorough and it's apparent she's very knowledgeable in her field. She's also compassionate and thanked me for being patient when I waited longer than usual for my last appointment. First time ANY doctor said that and it was appreciated. The staff is great too- another rarety in doctor's offices these days. I highly recommend FL Rheumatology Care!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
