Frank Filiberto's Online Review Report Card

I have had 4 procedures by Dr. Filiberto. I could not imagine trusting anybody else to work on me. Dr. Filiberto is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, very caring, and an excellent surgeon. I am absolutely thrilled with the results he has given me, far better than my expectations. His assistant Andrea is amazing. She immediately made me feel welcome, relaxed and very comfortable. She is always available to give care and advice. They are an amazing pair! I love them!

I can't tell you how quickly Dr. F had me breathing and hearing almost instantly. I had been to several walk in clinics but they only could address the outer ear with wax. That didn't do anything for me. Thought it was dirty hearing aids.had them cleaned and that didn't work. Dr. F took care of it and explained what was wrong. I've never met a more dismissive, irresponsible doctor in my life. I saw Dr. Filiberto recently for an issue with my throat. Despite my insistence on the location of the trouble, he insisted it was my thyroid and sent me for imaging of ONLY my thyroid. I told him it wasnt as low as that, and that I felt persistent pain higher up. He basically mocked me in his office. Without ordering bloodwork, told me to take Synthroid. I sought a second opinion and had the correct area scanned. It turns out I have a 3.5 mm growth in the spot where he refused to look. Not only is this BAD medical practice, its BAD science. Why not send me for a scan where I am pointing to and complaining just to rule it out? I found out that I may have lymphoma. If I had listened to him, we never would have found this mass in my neck and I would unnecessarily be taking a synthetic hormone (again WITHOUT checking my existing hormone levels).

I’ve known Dr Frank for 20 years and as far as him dealing with my chronic otitis media, his protocols have always been spot on. He’s extremely competent and has always served me well. Until this recent episode of a middle ear infection, where I was constantly getting them in the past, this is the first ear infection I have had in almost 10 years. I have followed his treatment plan whenever I had a twinge and what do you know. It worked every time. The only reason I have had to see him again was that I waited past the 5-7 days ( to give the immune system a chance to clear it out) I’m confident in his abilities because he’s been the only ENT that solved the problem

Dr. Filiberto is the BEST of the best. I have gone to him many times when I lived in Palm Bay & he fixed my problem on the spot when no other Dr. could. I moved from Palm Bay to Jacksonville, FL 13 years ago & I can still say that whenever I need ENT services I still travel 3 hours to see him. There is no one like this man & I hope he does not retire anytime soon as I would not know what to do & would be lost. He is the best in his field! Every time I lose my voice, Dr. Frank Filiberto saves me. He is a miracle worker!

I have spent $8,000 @ his offuce. The man is knife happy. Woman I am telling you. Don't go to him. Oh Staff is very nice. Statement Dr. Only knows to say, " You will look 15 yrs younger. Doesn't tell you about the "Festoons:" you need after lower eye lid surgery. He is manipulating, con artist Wish I never stepped foot in office. We & my Doberman Attorney arn't done with Frank Filaberto, I promise.

Dr. Filiberto was wonderful. Explained everything to me , answered my questions .
