It was a little long wait, but very contented with his explanation , and what is to be done with my case. It is worth waiting.

I called because I was running 5 min late for my appointment. They told me it was no problem. I get there, check in, get brought back, see the nurse, then in the room for an hour with noone ever coming to see me. They see the person scheduled before me, then I can hear them see the person scheduled after me without ever seeing me. Pretty freaking rude. Just tell me on the phone it was going to be an issue that I was 5 min late then there wouldn't be a problem. Don't waist my time.

Dr. Hong Jeong has saved my life! He is the best Cardiologist I have ever seen in my 75 years living. Not only is he the best, but also is his staff. They have always gone above and beyond. I recommend this office for Cardiology and hold them in my highest regards!

Dr. Jeong is freaking phenomenal! As a heart attack survivor, Dr. Jeong is the one who saved my life. He is the epitome of the phrase "calm, cool and collected"... and the knowledge this man has is wonderful. To me, Dr. Jeong is an absolute godsend!!!

This one star rating is for the staff in Dr. Jeong's office only. Dr. Jeong is wonderful - a genuinely caring professional who answered all of our questions and concerns. However, the staff is inefficient and close to being rude - definitely needs additional training, coaching, and mentoring in dealing with the public. The worst is when I showed up for an early morning appointment only to be sent away because "the equipment was not working." They claimed they tried to contact me but I was never notified. A terrible waste of my time and expense to get there! Overall, I would still recommend Dr. Jeong but brace yourself for a horrible experience before you get in to see him!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hong Jeong for a little over a year. I was not happy with the cardiologist my regular doctor had found for me. I found Dr. Hong Jeong on my own. I love him! He did a 30 day holter on me whereas the other doctor only did a 24 hour one and wanted to put me on beta blockers and blood thinners. After I told Dr Hong Jeong that I had been drinking A LOT of Diet Coke, I went off it and he did the 30 day. I don’t need medicine! The other doc was going to start me on life-altering medicine for the rest of my life and I was only 59 at the time! Dr. Hong Jeong always talks to me and explains how my heart works. He is kind and gentle. I love him!!!! His knowledge astounds me! He is BRILLIANT!

Dr Jeong is awesome! I’ve had to move out of the area and miss his wonderful care. I have recommended Dr. Jeong to all my friends who need his care

I keep recommending Dr. Jeong. He sits down with you and talks and educates you. He never speaks down or is condescending. I understand my condition and I respect his opinions so when he suggests to do something he isn't kidding. He always is diplomatic and very gentle. Everyone I've sent to him swears by him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has heart problems.

I found his staff to be very helpful in particular, Trish who gave me an ultra sound and is one of the kindest people. . She was so patient and helpful. Thank you Trish!
