He is a great surgeon but his office staff is incompetent at best! A 78 year old patient traveled by city bus to her follow up appointment after vascular surgery on her legs. The office staff informed her they changed her appointment but never informed the 78 yr old patient. Rather than fixing their mistake, they sent her home on the city bus. I bet Dr. Imami has no idea how incompetent his office staff is. There is more to your job than just surgery. Do your job Dr. Imami!!!

Dr. Imami came to Holmes Regional to take care of me when I experienced extreme leg pain after another medical procedure. He ordered a cat scan and discovered I had a blood clot in my femoral artery and operated on me at 11PM that night. I was released from the hospital the next day. He is a very caring person who took the time to explain the surgery to my husband as he guided him to the waiting room.

Dr. Imami took great care of my mom. She had carotid surgery and did very well post operatively. When my mom had some issues, Dr. Imami called back immediately. Dr. Imami is very thorough and informative. His office staff is another story. They do not take into consideration anyone's needs or requests, they don't apologize for their errors, and when you have an issue, the office manager doesn't follow through or even call you back. The current appointment was made without discussing with my parents. I was told it was at 1030 am, and we arrived at 1020. My parents and I sat there in the waiting room for 30 minutes before anyone even said we were late. They change appointment times and dates and dont inform you.

Doctor Imami is one of the best doctors. He listens to what is being said and gave much thought to a treatment plan that was successful for me. He has always been available to answer questions. I am grateful for the pain relief his work has afforded me.

scraped, burned, cut dressed wound over 1 year without a clue about or treatment of actual cause (infected bone, ended up with multiple surgeries finally, but should have had a year before) Needless risk to patients health & well-being as well as enduring months of painful, inaccurate treatments. Improper care in hyperbaric chamber caused permanent injury to patient (my 83 yr old deaf Mother) Sadly there are few options for wound care in the area. beware.
