STAY AWAY! Or should I say Dr.Go AWAY! This guy sucks. I posted a review about him 2 yrs ago and somehow it disappeared???HMM... Today I'm online looking for an ENT for my employee and I came across Dr.Go(AWAY)and I see my review is mysteriously gone. SOOO.. I had to repost it today. Went for ear ringing. Informed him that I recently had a hearing test with perfect results but he gave me another anyway. At the end I got a $400 bill after insurance payment.. and no diagnosis, advice, or feedback. He has the bedside manner of a mummy. I tried to dispute the bill and get some kind of credit and was referred to the billing department, that doesn't answer the phone or return voicemails. I finally got ahold of the billing person and they were useless. It's all about the $$$$$$.
Where to begin with this doctors office? If I could give them zero stars I would. I don’t normally give negative Google reviews but if I can spare someone of wasting their time and a lot of money going to this doctors office, I hope someone reads this. I initially contacted, this ENT doctor for an appointment as a new patient due to an urgent care not being able to pinpoint if I had strep or Covid or what might be going on with the symptoms that I had I was immediately made to feel like I had to jump through hoops and getting a referral able to get an appointment with this office and was certainly made to feel like I was was begging for an appointment. Once I accomplish this, although they told me I could get in that day they then told me I would have to come the following day. Feeling worse than I have felt in many years I anxiously went to the appointment the following provided the doctor with all the details of what I had been through and he basically shrugged his shoulders with no suggestion to what might be wrong. I asked if I should tested for strep, and or Covid he replied, saying he didn’t think I had strep and as far as Covid, he acted like that was old news. Like I was absurd for even about it. He told me I could get a home test and that he didn’t know if Walgreens or CVS did Covid testing any longer. That he would do some cultures and we would have them back in a couple of weeks. I said well in the meanwhile, I am supposed to be miserable and not know if I am contagious? Once again, all I got was a shrug of his shoulders. The level of unconcerned was palatable. When I left the office my employer messaged me. That another person in our office had strep, so I went back and ask them if they could test me for strep based on this, they told me rapid strep but it would be Monday before we had the results. That night I was so I went ahead and took a home test for Covid and did test positive but the new form of Covid can include invasive strep, so still wanted to know for strep throat. Monday came and they did not have my results. I kept calling every day, and they never called to provide me or even tell me if they had my results. Over two weeks elapsed and they never contacted me results which I can assure you they billed a fortune to my insurance. When I once more called requesting my results, they told me I would have to get them and I told them I could not miss any more work because I had already of days and they told me I would have to set a teleconference with the to get the results so that they could bill my insurance additional money, obviously. By the way, I had also gone back after my symptoms worsened and received no input of any sort from the doctor. This doctors office acts like they are too busy to see anyone, but while I was there both times. I only saw one other person in the waiting room. In my opinion that’s a good because no one should be going to the doctors office. At this point, I have requested my results of my test that they never gave me to be sent Dr to review, but I will be shocked if they actually made it to where I requested. I will post about what they have build my insurance so everyone can know what a Sorry excuse for healthcare this office offers
Worst physician's office I have ever been in. My significant other is profoundly deaf and doctor go refuse to pull his mask down 3 inches to speak to her like a human being. When asked to repeatedly, he got irritated and told us we just needed to find another doctor. Basically kicked out of office, Because she is deaf. Condescending, arrogant, and flat rude are the best adjectives that come to mind when I think of this man. He should be ashamed to call himself a health care provider. I would recommend his practice be avoided at all cost.
Dr. Go was pleasant, succinct, methodical and very clear and open about treatment and knew exactly what to suggest. However… his staff seemed very monotone, bored and avoidant of any social interaction (no big deal to me, I understand)
My father had a stroke because of this man. Stay away!
READ THE REVIEWS & FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!! Basically kicked out of the office by a sloppy dressed, untied shoes, rude and arrogant man after he REFUSED to lower his mask to communicate with a deaf patient. Mind you, we were sitting 6' away, and he was told MULTIPLE times that the patient reads lips & has fluent speech, but is profoundly deaf. Blatant violation of the ADA, and should not continue, nor be allowed, to practice medicine.
With exception of receptionist, entire visit was embarrassing and infuriating. Disrespected is the best term I can use- profoundly deaf patient and Go (doesn't deserve the title Dr) refused to pull his mask down to communicate, got irritated when asked to, & told us to leave the office and find another physician. I believe REFUSING to communicate with a patient who is disabled violates the ADA, as well as a physician's oath. Rude, condescending, and inconsiderate- this man is a pathetic excuse for a health care provider, and frankly should quit practicing.
Aside from barely being presentable, untied shoes, unkempt & looking like he just got up after sleeping in his clothes- he is arrogant, rude and inconsiderate. We were told, not asked, to find another physician because he was asked repeatedly to lower his mask in order to communicate with a profoundly deaf patient. He was informed (from >6' away) that the patient has fluent speech, but reads lips due to being profoundly deaf for 25+ years. He made NO attempt to abide by the ADA, or find an alternative way to communicate, merely got irritated with the attitude that WE were wasting HIS time. Pathetic excuse for a human being, and an embarrassment to the title physician. Avoid this office and avoid Mr (not dr in my opinion) Go.
When I have a problem with my ears he takes good care of me that's why I go to him when I have any problems with my ears all my nose he's good
Horrible experience. I went here with vertigo — an EAR problem. He said nothing and recommended nothing, except advising that I should talk to my primary doctor. Uh, hello dude, you’re supposed to be the specialist! I was then charged $200 for this total lack of treatment. I wound up solving the vertigo myself with videos off YouTube. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
