Refused to see my father after an accident and no longer wanted to be his primary care physician because he had not been in for the past 2 years. Let's not forget that this is during COVID.

Warm, friendly and explains your situation clearly. I appreciated their willingness to reschedule my appointment when I realized I would not make it on time. Note: Janet is vegetarian which is great for those who are also or considering it. I, personally, am not, and she accepts that.

Visit with doctor was good. She seemed to be informative and mapped out a good plan for my healthcare. However, what I did not find acceptable was the follow-up appointment as they would not return my calls or messages through her office staff's email, phone call messages or doctors secured portal she uses. Here I am suffering with a condition she could have possibly helped with, but there's no response. Several days later when I finally did reach her office, the staff lady apologized for not calling me back. When you are suffering the last thing you want is to not be heard from within a timely matter. Hire more staff or fix this issue. Game over for me, I'm moving on to find another doctor.

I find Dr Anciro to be very complete when I have a appointment and as near as an email to answer questions. She has a wonderful personality and makes me very comfortable!!

Awful visit. Dr. Anciro changed my wife’s meds after the initial visit . Within 3 days she was dehydrated . The Dr. would not return my wife’s phone calls for help. We ended up going to the Emergency room in Viera , Fla. Worst medical experience We have every had. Enough said we will never return .
