Dr. Geraci is a decent gynecologist but other than Natalie, the office staff is poor. Most recently, about a month ago, I had a hard time getting a simple birth control refill. After a couple day wait for Dr Geraci to sign off on it, I was told it had been sent to my pharmacy. After waiting another day, my pharmacy says they never received it. I call the office & was told they couldn’t find my pharmacy in the system, yet no one could be bothered to call me to get it straightened out. If they couldn’t find my pharmacy, why did I get a vm saying it had been sent?? Being done with the run around I got my pcp to fill my rx that time and tell Dr Geraci’s office to cancel my refill request (not my appt). I did say “maybe I should find a new office that can fill rx’s in a timely manner” however I did not tell them to cancel my upcoming appt which was scheduled for today. My plan was still to go to this appt and be looking for a new Dr in the meantime which I have every right to do. This brings us to today. So I signed the sign in sheet and waited almost 40 mins before finally asking how much longer. At first the girl tried to play dumb saying she didn’t have anything for me and I pointed to the sign in sheet and asked where my sign in strip went then because it was gone now. Now she says, she looked me up and it said I cancelled my appt which was not the case (that’s why I was there). And not a recent cancellation , she was apparently referring to my comment the month prior where they twisted my words to say I said “I am going to another gyno”. But the fact is I never told them to cancel my appt and the statement I made is not the same as saying cancel my upcoming appt, I am no longer coming here. I said maybe I should look. So instead of calling me up to the desk to tell me there is a problem (good customer service), the front desk girl took my sign in strip, threw it in the trash & just left me sitting there until I asked how much longer (bad customer service). I could have been on my way and not wasted my afternoon. Then add in the manager trying to use the excuse that the girl thought I was a patient of the physical therapy place they share an office with (after I was already given the other excuse). Well if that was true, the girl at Dr Geraci’s office would have said something to the other business and they would have called my name but it is obvious this was not the scenario but instead it was them cancelling my appt and all future services, throwing my sign in strip away & having me sit there for nothing deliberately. Poor customer service, go elsewhere

Dr. Geraci takes her time and does excellent work. If you need to see a doctor to solve a health problem, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Geraci for 5 years now and Natalie has been with her this whole time. Both are always so pleasant! They’re very good listeners and you feel like they really are taking their time and caring about YOU!

Dr. Geraci is the most down to earth, caring doctor you'll ever meet. I've been seeing her for nearly 20 years and have always found she's very thorough, knowledgeable, and someone you can rely on any time. Dr. Geraci is by far, the very best!

Dr. Geraci has an excellent manner about her. She is patient and communicates clearly. She doesn't rush and is very careful to cause as little discomfort as possible during her exams. I have been seeing her for four years now and I will continue to see her as long as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Geraci!
