Great reception, friendly staff, and knowledgeable caregivers. Chris Cole was thorough, kind, and attentive. Listened carefully to my concerns and provided excellent care.

fantastic Doctor. Knowledgeable, great bedside manor, always willing to help and if he could do more, he usually does. He went above and beyond for my wife. Wish we could have him as our regular primary Doc!! I even offered him extra $$$ to be our PCP. lol. Not many docs left with the knowledge he does.

I delivered food here to 13 ppl... 200.00 worth of food and they tipped me 5.00 that is what 40. A person... these ppl are disgusting and on the no deliver radar... 7 bags of food carried to there kitchenette and they tipped 5.00... no business should be that pathetic.

So my normal medicine is unobtainable at the moment. I called my pharmacy and they said that there was this one medicine thats similar so I asked the dr for it he gave me that type of medicine but he wrote it only for a strength that is for a name brand an odd 18mg strength when almost all is 10 15 20 30 40 ect except the one he wrote me was 18mg that costs 25 bucks a pill and its for a weaker dose than my normal medicine. I am a disabled vet that was cut off my pain meds by the va after 17 years now I got this clown forcing me into a name brand pill at 25 bucks a pop and thats with good rx. Its 65 bucks a pill without it. What kind of dr would do that. When if he wrote me for the one the pharmacist told me to ask for it would cost me 280 a month which is still really high but accaptable. Im 38 and I have severe injuries from my service in the military the va treats me like garbage and forces me to go pay 400 bucks a month to be seen and meds now this clown working for drug company

I typically wait an hour to 45 minutes to see my dr at this practice. Today I arrived at 126 pm for what I thought was a 130 pm apt. Turns out the apt was at 115pm and I was sent away stating I was late by 11 minutes and would not be seen and I was rescheduled. I understand I was in error, what about all the times I sit and wait for hours? Alicia is a great Nurse Practitioner, I really respect her and the staff especially the male Nurse Chris. If your looking to get in and out of the office on time, this is probably not the practice for you.

When I first started goin wonderful caring my other dr said no can’t b on then my meds were changed I was doing good my breathing no pain few yrs later back on the first one I was told cant b on. I’m back to 10plus pain sleeping all day no energy dizzy breathing back using inhaler won’t give reason I’ve had letter for him from my dr but no change I just don’t understand. I think Dr olssen is awesome but y is he doing this with side effects and all. He knows I have problems with y? Feel like he doesn’t care. I give 5 ⭐️ bcuz I like him but idk maybe ⭐️ should b lowered to ⭐️

The check in and check out receptionist are very loud and obnoxious, always complaining about the patients and doing their job. Must be the lack of good management because the manager isn’t better (when she’s actually there)Dr. Olsson needs better staff. They are rude and unprofessional and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Olson by one of his former colleagues from Sea Pines. He came highly recommended and from some of the comments he, appears to be good at what he does. When I read the reviews, I definitely had concerns. A physician can be great but, if their office and support staff are rude, unprofessional and incompetent, it is very difficult to get past and have a decent doctor patient relationship. To receive the quality of care that every patient deserves, the entire medical staff needs to work together in harmony and Dr. Olson’s office DOES NOT. I have never seen a medical office run so poorly or been treated with such disrespect as I was at my first and ONLY visit to his office. I cannot give an opinion of Dr. Olson, as I did not have an appointment with him but, if he values his practice and his patients he will take notice of his reviews and do something about his staff.

The rudest, most incompetent office staff I have ever encountered in a medical office. Obviously, Dr. Olsson does not care how his staff treats people or never reads any of the reviews posted about his practice on various sites. Everything I encountered and more has been posted in several reviews. Rudeness, paperwork not being sent, calls unanswered or not returned and much more. I was told my appointment was finished and asked to go to check out but, there was no treatment discussed. I was just told to schedule my next appointment in a month. On my way home I received a call asking me to return to the office because my appointment wasn’t actually finished. When I returned they did not answer the door and when I saw staff entering the employee entrance I was told they were closed for lunch. When I asked why I was told to return so the PA could finish my appointment if he was not there to see me, I was rudely dismissed. I stated I returned by his request and needed an answer because I had a life too (I had already wasted 2 1/2 hours with this office, not including my driving back and forth) I was told if I wanted a life I could leave and not return to their office. The door was slammed in my face and locked. I believe it was also the office manager who spoke to me and treated me that way. That was my first and ONLY appointment and I will NEVER GO BACK!

Worst office staff I have ever encountered in a medical office. Rude, inefficient, no communication, voice mailboxes always full, always understaffed.
