My experience with Dr. Agsalud was extremely positive! She was so patient, thoughtful and caring! I felt completely comfortable and confident under her care. The office staff at MelBay is lacking in every possible area so Dr. Agsalud was the only thing that kept me coming back. She has left that practice and I will also change to a different practice. I wish her the best wherever she goes!

I love the doctor, but I do not like Health First. That is the only reason I did not stay with her. Her group did not accept my medicare advantage plan, plus they kept changing the front desk. One person was very nice, Theresa, but the others could care less. I felt sorry for Dr. Agsalud to have to put up with staff changes so often!!
