I have had multiple appointments rescheduled without my knowledge to times that I can't do because of my kid's school schedule, been rescheduled to another office that is further way from my house, just to have someone who can't seem to refresh himself as to who I am or what I need before I come in that day. Who doesn't want their doctor to call them by another name?

I could not get past his "gate keeper" switchboard operator. She was very hard to understand, impatient, almost rude telling me basically that I didn't need to see the doctor, lol! I wonder where she went to medical school. Total waste of my time.
