Dr. Ruiz helped me with horrible vertigo. He took the time to explain what was going on and never appeared to be in a hurry.

I never got to see Dr. Ruiz. I waited 2 months for my scheduled appointment which was on a Monday. The Friday prior I received a call saying the doctor was out of town and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. The day before my rescheduled appointment I received another call saying the doctor was out of town and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. When this happened a third time I chose not to schedule again. This to me show very little regard or respect for his patients.

I was in his office yesterday for first time visit. VERY IMPRESSED with the set up , the employees that helped me get set up with information and etc. Dr. Ruiz was great. Kind and took time to explain to me everything he was going to do. The nurse was so professional and was kind and made me feel relaxed. I have been to Dr. That I have not been able to understand a word they said. Dr. Ruiz wasn't like that. His English was understood by this Alabama girl. Yea! I am so happy I found a great ENT

Dr Ruiz needs to retire he is awful ,clueless, and has no bed side mannor just nothing at all wasted our time like u wouldnt believe. he needs to lose his liscense. he never ever even given any information as to what my problem might be or how to fix it, just nothing but a waste of time . ive complained several times no help . dont go to this dr if you have any bad ent issues cause it will be a waste of time and money

Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Ruiz was very kind and thorough and answered all questions I had without seeming rushed. Very thankful for doctors like this.

Dr. Ruiz and staff were excellent in extreme dizziness, balance, vision (focus) problem, tests for hearing & balance were ordered for offsite specialist ASAP, after testing the follow-up was w/Dr Ruiz next day, results of testing were explained very clearly, PT was ordered to help retrain the brain for balance problems caused by hearing loss. PT by Mike helped a great to retrain balance/relieve some dizziness for the 90 year old patient. and the result of PT balance training did improve balance and ability to focus eyes, dizziness will never go away completely due to hearing loss .
