He was my mother's doctor before she passed away. He was professional and was to the point. He is nonsense doctor and is about his patients.

33 years ago I was personally introduced to scary world of breast cancer. Dr Joseph McClure became not only a very TRUSTED oncologist, but he became a family friend. Being a PhD besides MD gave me even more confidence. Dr. McClure, I hope you read these POSITIVE reviews, because I am LIVING PROOF, that you are amazing! I am turning 75 this year. I was 41 when you treated me. THANK YOU ❤️

As the wife of the cancer patient, he did not even acknowledge my presentance. Did not even say hello when entering the exam room, just started talking medical jargon, to ppl who were new to cancer. Don't know why we met with him at all. NO BEDSIDE MANNER.

My brother with glioblastoma was evaluated by Dr. Mcclure last fall (2021) in Melbourne, FL. Dr. McClure told me that my brother's MRI scan showed new growth and he didn't have much time left. I asked if my brother could receive cancer treatment while he was in the hospital and rehab after a fall, and he said no, but wouldn't explain why. I didn't believe that my brother would die soon, but I did know I had to get him back to New York ASAP. I did, and we are nearly a year later and my brother has had all stable MRIs (no new growth), is doing well, and is able to get treatment in the facilities here. Lesson: follow your gut, don't believe everything you hear from anyone, and get multiple opinions.

Dr. McClure is extremely competent, caring, and kind. His office staff is great too.

I saw Dr. McClure for breast cancer. He unhooked my bra to do the exam. There was no nurse in the room. He was very rude and arrogant. He refused to give me his opinion about whether I should have chemo or surgery first. His response was "your survival rate is the same either way." Basically he made me feel like a farm animal.

My mom has had outstanding patient care from Dr. McClure after being diagnosed with stage 3B Colon Cancer. I owe my mom still being here to his brilliant and quick work on a plan for my Mom. Thank you Health First

He is very knowledgeable, right to the point and very efficient. I would recommend him to any cancer patient.

My father in law was diagnosed with cancer by this office more than 3 weeks ago. More than 2 weeks ago Dr. McClure said he wanted to start treatment right away because "there was no sense in delaying treatment since the additional test would only provide information to see how he is responding to treatment and not the type of treatment". No treatment was ever scheduled, then we had a follow up appointment last week where we were told "once again" that they were going to start treatment right away by setting up education and chemo. Still today no education or treatment has been scheduled. And, multiple phone calls have gone unanswered. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone who just received the worst news of their life. I have seen where others have had similar experiences. Now we are too far to change offices because that would just delay the badly needed start of treatment....so, wish us luck in trying to get things moving this week!! You may want to explore other options if you are looking for an oncology office. Our entire family is very sad, scared and feel we have no option but to stick with this office or delay treatment even further----horrible situation.
