After being in an auto accident my friend told me about Dr. Slattery's clinic. The staff was very helpful and I was very pleased with the care I was given.

I went to Dr. Slattery after going to another facility. Not only did his nurse practitioner order MRI's at my first office visit (other place refused), I had the MRI and started physical therapy and chiropractic all within one week. After months of suffering, I finally had a CORRECT diagnosis and received the care I had been searching for. Doing much better now. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Dr Slattery and staff are wonderful! They provided me with stellar care and were very thorough. He and his Nurse Practitioners are kind and empathetic. They are all quite knowledgeable and provide excellent care.

Told me I had herniated disk in my neck when I didn't and put me through therapy that worsened my condition and prolonged my diagnoses. Would not listen. Stay away unless your not actually hurt and just looking to get paid.

Not a good experience with Dr. Slattery when he does not want to continue treating a patient he tells them they need to return from when they came from. Unprofessional!

The staff are very unfriendly. They did not tell me that they do not bill secondary insurance. I attempted to obtain the records of my evaluation, I asked if they could mail them. I was told that is up to (I don’t rember her name) , but that I could pick them up at anytime. This is a hardship for me because I am not able to drive at this time and th office is over ten miles from my home. I have not received these records a week later. They said I am not an established pt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Went to Dr. Slattery after a car accident. Never saw him but did see two of his Nurse Practitioners. Was in horrible pain and his office set me up with an MRI and x-ray more than a month away. Had to go to emergency.
