Kali D'onofrio's Online Review Report Card

Would like to request if Dr D'Onofrio can do concierge medicine for my wife and i.

I was sent to the emergency room by urgent care. I was terrified that I was going to be told I had cancer. Dr. D’Onofrio was kind, patient and so competent. It can’t be easy having patients who think they know better, yet she explained why she wanted which tests and checked on me often. Emergency rooms are congested with COVID, and these healthcare workers are spread so thin, yet she never made me feel like I was on my own. I don’t understand the negative comments. It’s the ER, so of course you’re going to wait. It’s the ER, so of course there is a shuffle and patient priority you may not be able to see or understand. I was treated with respect and as much urgency as their situation could allow. She made sure I understood timelines, procedures, what was happening and when I might know something - and when she had results, she made sure I knew minutes after she did. I cannot possibly say enough about her capability, her efficiency, or how much her command of the situation gelled me

I have no clue who created those other ratings, undoubtedly a friend of hers. But if you’re dying, you’re better off going ahead and dying.. You will get a huge bill from CCH, and they will not take care of the problem. I knew what the problem was, I want you to fix it. But because of the healthcare racket, we have to play all the games, pain meds, referral, more time away from your job, all the usual’s, to ensure everyone gets as much money as humanly possible.. When my car breaks down, they fix it, depending on the issue, it could take a while, but they always fix it, that day. With healthcare, we gotta play all the games..

I made two business today where they forgot about me first time they put me in a back room where I waited over an hour and a half. Today I sat there with a completely empty waiting room for over 2 hours I don't know what they're doing that's so important but when I can't breathe and I'm having difficulty staying conscious I think that should be dealt with I have to call 911 and arrived by ambulance just to be seen

Went in to see Dr. Donofrio and I genuinely do not have enough good words to convey how amazing she is!!! She listened, took her time with me and was comforting and caring with her evaluation and diagnosis.

Completely arrogant and self adsorbed.

Awesome Doctor. She sat down and explained everything to figure out what was needed.

I'm not exactly sure what happened with ^^ that review, but I went in to Cape Canaveral ER and, hardly conscious, told them I did not have insurance and that "I am a cash patient who may not be able to fully afford this" (then proceeded to black out for several hours just as before). I woke up to Dr. Kali Donofrio (I didn't realize it was D'Onofrio) 's wonderfully smiling and caring empathetic face asking me, in the smoothest, most caring voice, "heyyyy... I'm so sorry about how your cruise ended! But I will take care of everything, you can trust me." And trust her, I did. She had the MOST SPECTACULAR bedside manner I have ever encountered with any physician/surgeon/doctor (whatever) - and I have had many, many, many surgeries over the long 30 years of my life... My brother, who is blind, was seated next to me - he later told me how well she treated him as a human being (which is alarmingly rare! Usually people talk to me "about him") ***Ran out of characters, but she is the BEST DOC!
