I would give zero stars if I could. She doesn’t listen to a word I say. On and out in two minutes. Absolutely a waste of time.

She was very concerned with my illness and what going on scheduled test that never was scheduled before

Dr. Felsinger herself was ok. She is hard to understand so be prepared to listen. She seems very knowledgeable. However, her staff (not all of them) are not friendly and welcoming. I needed a referral for surgery, the person that does the referrals was terrible to work with! She was not helpful in advocating for me as a patient and my needs at all! I did all of the leg work and had to play the middle man between them and my insurance company. My first visit with Dr. Felsinger was in October and it is March, still have not successfully been referred for surgery. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere, where I feel valued and feel that my best interest is kept in mind! Terrible experience!

Your better off with a family doctor. She is rude and unpredictable. Often times I left her office feeling depressed because of the way I was treated.

Some doctors actually went into medical care to help people. Some are only after the money. She doesn't care about the patient, and only sees a number. Her bed side manner is non existent. She doesn't care about her patients.

She doesn't take the time to actually listen to your needs & concerns. I was pregnant & needed a specialist to manage my diabetes. She always had me in & out so quick. With being pregnant I needed to be seen every month & she would only see me every 3 months because I started to question her. She caught an attitude with my mother & I. Definitely there to get a paycheck & not because she is passionate about what she does. My baby has been in the nicu since he was born bc of poor management

I have been with dr Felsinger for over 4 yrs and I could think of a better doctor!When I am in the hospital-she comes to see me right away. I am a diabetic and she has helped me so much, there is no one i would trust other than her. Yes, sometimes she is hard to understand and seems a bit hurried,but she is a busy person...so give her a little leway. I think she is very nice and has a great bedside manner, whether I see her in her office, in the hospital or in walmart or kmart. so anyway- THANK YOU Dr Felsinger for all that you do for me! romy holmes

Very thorough but as the others have said sometimes hard to understand. In time it gets easier and I find the small wait and time it takes to communicate is well worth the effects I receive from her excellent care!

My significant other and I have seen her for several years. Most of the time, she is abrupt and in a big hurry (and makes you feel like you need to hurry up). Her German accent and speech impediment make it almost impossible for me to understand her! My SO understands her a bit better, but often neither of us do. One of the traits of the German nation is that people tend to be very rigid. Never have I seen that as true as with this doctor! I am disabled and have had to miss some appointments due to an inability to leave my home (weather, etc) and she refused to refill my insulin prescription when I ran out (my scheduled appointment was in one week!). She then lectured me, even though she "said" she understood about being disabled (I am wheelchair bound). Every once in awhile she can be really nice!

I found attempting to get an appointment was difficult depending on who I spoke with. I felt as is she was not listening to me, basically looked and ordered labs, gave me a prescription but was not listening to me and the office visit took all of 3 to 5 minutes.
