The physician is great, however office staff is unprofessional, rude and they speak to patients in a disgusting manner. As most patients are coming out of a major surgery they do not expect to be treated with such disdain once the procedure is over and follow up appointments assume. The office staff has the ability to make or break a physician and hopefully his staff won’t break this office.
