Dr. Spero is great her staff is the unfriendliest I have incurred in a long time!! I thought Health First staff had been trained to be more empathetic. More personable. The staff doesn’t care if you’re happy or not. They have a big fat “you’re not worth my time attitude. This is why I’ll find another doctor that the staff doesn’t make you feel unimportant. I feel sorry for Dr. Spero.

We will never go to this office ever again. My husband was diagnose with sleep apnea and he was waiting for his machine since August. They were saying that the insurance was not approving the machine (CPAP). We had to call the insurance and they said that they approved that since September. My husband is doing really bad and we called multiple times leaving messages and never got a call back until we got to talk to a supervisor. Today we received a call that NOW the insurance wont approve because is the end of the year. I hope they get responsible if something happen to my husband. Now we have to wait next year and definitely get another doctor. Probably she is a good one but her staff has 0 points .....
