Kimberly Mcgrath's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr. McGrath since 1993. I have never found a better doctor or more compassionate doctor to care for me or my husband. He was always there for us no matter what time or day. He was an excellent diagnostician and if he couldn’t find the answer he’d search for it until he did. Dr. McGrath retired Sept. 30, 2022. He is already greatly missed!

Dr. McGrath has been my doctor for almost 12 years. He was my dad’s doctor when they were both active duty military, and when they were both retired. I look at Dr. McGrath as the true essence of what a physician is. He genuinely loves being a doctor and loves his patients. You never feel rushed. I will truly miss him. I trusted him 100%!

I have been with Dr McGrath's office for quite a few years. Being part of TriCare Insurance you can get stuck in a less than optimal situation. I would suggest you pass on this office. They are impossible to work with and expect the patient to do all the work. To get one referral can take months and many multiple phone calls. You get told one thing on the phone, even promised, by the front office or the "nurse" in the back, and you can count on it never getting done. Very frustrating. They are all very uncaring. You are a number, not a patient in need. I would go so far as to say, you are a burden on their day. You would expect them to be in the medical field to help others, not so in this office. Save yourself a lot of anger, frustration, confusion, time on the phone trying to navigate your own referrals/appointments, go elsewhere.

One star because I can't give zero stars. The office staff and nurse in the back are beyond lazy and not helpful at all. They run around without supervision. No communication between doctor and staff. Can never get medication refills on the first try, has taken months in the past. Wrong pill or wrong tablet. Forget trying to get referrals. You will have to make multiple phone calls to the office and speak to people that just don't care. Then you need to call the new doctor/s and explain why they don't have the paperwork. Then back and forth multiple times. So frustrating. Uncaring, lazy, unsupervised. You are merely a co-pay to them, not a patient in need. I would go elsewhere and avoid the headache! Good luck!

The office staff could not be any more incompetent. If the phones are answered congratulations it’s a great day. Otherwise you’re likely to be hung up on; furthermore, if you are ordered blood work good luck finding out the results. Even if you’re severely anemic !!

This office is unbelievable I have never experienced such unprofessional practice in my life. The Office Manger Paul was very rude he hung the phone up in my face while I was talking. I have gotten better treatment at the vet I take my dog to. I needed paperwork for FMLA for my mom who is very sick.I sent the paperwork via email to Hailey 06/29/2021and the forms still have not been sent today is 07/13/2021. I called today and spoke with Hailey and told her NEVER MIND SENDING THE PAPERWORK! I will be sending a letter directly to the doctor.

Very patient, explains in understandable terms. Was having terrible pain, went to see him, worked me into his schedule immediately. Diagnosed my problem, and according to my Michigan Doctor a few months later , Dr. Mc Grath saved my life. So happy we found him when we moved permanently to Fla.

Dr Kimberly McGrath has been my Primary care physician since December 2019 He is a True asset to the Medical community I am so much healthier due to his knowledge patience and experience. He is a Doctor that goes the extra mile to help his patients I have become stronger and healthier under his care. I have been with Dr McGrath for 20 years. 15 with Omni and 5 at Patrick AFB when he was my family Dr. For the first ten years with Omni he had an efficient and knowledgeable staff. It’s now a totally train wreck. When Tammy was his nurse things went smoothly. After her EVERY nurse has been rude, obnoxious and a pain. Paul is doing better and shows some interest. I have to schedule my own referral appointments whenever Dr orders it. Then I have to follow up to get results to Dr for review. I give Dr McGrath a five and his staff a one
