The Nurse that took me back to the room was very friendly and had a calming effect on me. Dr Moyles quickly diagnosed my hand issues and gave me a series of shots, all the time chatting me up to take my mind off the pain at the time. I am happy to report that my hands feel 90-95% better. I have referred you all to a co-worker already. Thank You so much!!

Punctuality wasn't in play when I went in today. As for my visit with the P.A., I'd say that's really where the 2 stars were achieved. Let's just say sitting at a small kidney shaped table and having 2 long needles put on the table directly in front of me wasn't a good idea. I feel if the needle wasn't presented that way I would have let them give me the cortisone shot and I'd be feeling better, but that didn't happen.

I THINK I WAS BILLED FOR HUMANA BUT I DO NOT THINK YOU BILLED Tricare for life which usually pays. He maybe a great doctor but Lisa a staff member is NOT. She's unprofessional and does NOT listen. She was put out when he needed a note for work. The doctor said he would be out of work for 2/3 weeks because of what he does for a living. She gave him a day. Would NOT listen when we tried to explain what the doctor said. NO, there is nothing else he can do at work since he's a parts driver.

Very nice and honest, not the type of dr that says what you wanna hear just to get $ from you. Staff was very friendly, will be going back to them if I ever have any more issues.

I previously gave him a one star due to a staff member BUT I'm giving him a 5 star because as soon as he knew of my rating he immediately called me. Really??? All positive, front desk staff, PA, and Dr Moyles. Everything clean and efficient. DR. Impressive outgoing intelligent obviously. PA and Dr. Immediately knew what was damaged with my hand and I am on the mend, virtually little waiting.

Wonderful, Dr. Moyles gives the best care to his patients. Shots in my wrists were almost painless.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Dr.Moyles on October 10th, who referred me out for neurology testing. Scheduling that was a STRUGGLE to say the least: staff responsible for that piece definitely fell short... When the "referred to" office didn't contact me after nearly a week, I called Moyles's office, asking them to resend the referral request. When I Still didn't hear from them, I called Moyles's office AGAIN, asking them to refer me to a Different clinic - one that would actually Schedule me. Another week went by and again no contact, so I called Moyles's office yet Another time. I informed them that I have a "follow-up" appointment scheduled with Moyles in 2 weeks that I may have to cancel if the specialist can't get me in soon enough. Magically, I was contacted by the 1st specialist that same day = 3 full weeks after my initial appointment. I hope to see my diagnosis through with Dr.Moyles, but this experience with his office makes me hesitant to continue beyond that.
