Fantastic oral surgeon and kind staff. What I will remember most, outside of getting to be pretty again sometime soon is when I did have a very common post op complication on a Saturday after a previous procedure, the Doc called immediately like in less than 1/2 hour and got things taken care of for me. His level of dedication is becoming more rare all the time. Trust them enough now, taking my mom in next for treatment. Actually had never considered any cosmetic procedures very seriously in the past but, should I choose to have one Dr Grenevicki will be my preferred provider forever.

Dr. Grenevicki is a great oral surgeon, impossible to express how grateful I am to have found him and he participated in my insurance, an extra plus since they don’t have to. Should I ever need an oral or facial procedure in my future no question this would be my first second and third choice.

By far the best oral surgeon in Brevard County. No worries very accommodating . I won't go any where else for major dental work..I had no idea he even pulled the tooth til he told me he was done.

The office here is amazing! They were so good to me and helped me immensely with my anxiety and stress about the dentist. Everyone here is amazing and I felt so well taken care of here.

Dr. Grenevicki took all four of my wisdom teeth out. He did an incredible job and made me feel very comfortable before the surgery. He was reassuring and informative when I expressed being nervous about the procedure. My case was unusual and difficult, because the nerve was wrapped around my tooth. Dr. Grenevicki managed it with no issue. The staff was also caring and patient with me. I would highly recommend this office for maxillofacial needs.

Stay away. Don't go here. The lady at fro t desk should never work anywhere ever again. She's just plain awful. No respect for me or the Doctor she works for. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I wish I could give the DMD & SOME of his staff the full 5 stars. But unfortunately I write this review about one staff member in particular. The assistant Michelle. With already having bad experiences and high anxiety about dental offices, I was referred over as an emergency extraction. The visit began with her rudely telling me she still had not received my X-rays and “until I get them there’s nothing I can do” I asked if I could bring my husband in the room with me while I waited for them to receive my X-rays as I was having bad anxiety and wasn’t doing well - she responded with “no because we’re just gonna have to kick him back out anyway” At this point, I’m in tears, I’m scared, my breathing is getting rapid… He spoke with the front office and found his way back to me, while there with me he explained to Michelle again about my anxiety and asked if there was anything they could do to help me (we have a friend that’s also an assistant and we were told to ask about nitrous to ease the nerves and get through it.) she responded by saying “they can put me under which means I can’t complete the procedure until tomorrow, other than that just the numbing.” When asked about nitrous she told us it only works for children and would be a lot more expensive. Fast forward, I now can barely speak from anxiety, and they are walking me to the OR for the extraction. I was not calmly talked to, I wasn’t sympathized with, I wasn’t calmed down. I was told “they can’t do anything today if I can’t stop crying” I was told “we can put you under if that’s what you need us to do I’ll talk to your husband it’s another $360” When I expressed my concern for waiting til the following day (my primary dentist was worried about infection and complications of waiting) instead of understanding- I was told “ he is a DMD, oral surgeon and all the other titles he holds, if he’s not worried about it then it’s clearly not a concern” I have worked customer service, I’ve worked in the medical field and patient care. I could not ever imagine treating someone, being cold to someone, or downright showing no regard to the patient sitting in my chair looking to me for reassurance that it’s going to be okay the way she was towards me The DR himself was good to me, his male assistant on the day of procedure was very good to me, and the ladies at the front did what they could for me. But, I’ve taken the time to write this detailed review because it’s not about money, or refunds, or even the entire office for that matter. But that woman, will be the sole reason I will not be able to recommend or ever use this office again… phobias of a dental setting are not uncommon and I truly hope no one else has to endure that when they are experiencing a panic attack or anxiety. (Especially someone like me that does not normally struggle from anxiety and was unaware what was happening at that moment in time) We spoke with the front office about this and hope that it can be resolved. But in the event that someone poking around in your mouth freaks you out, I don’t recommend looking in this offices direction for comfort.

Beware of this office. They made me pay over $1000 up front for my daughter’s teeth extraction when my portion after insurance was only $176.78!!! I was told that was just their “estimate” of what I would owe. Then I had to wait over 90 days for a refund and when I received my refund it was $85 less than what it’s supposed to be. Called and was told they have “internal” fees they charge the patient that they don’t bill to the insurance company!

I went in for a consultation and was charged $175 despite having insurance. I really wish they would have told me this upfront.

My extraction experience with Dr. Grenevicki and staff was excellent.
