I have been a patient at Ireland family practice Since 1989. The staff has always been caring about my family needs. Dr Mark Ireland has always been there for my family if he retires I really don't know what I would do. Probably stop going to the Doctor. Dr mark Ireland knows my health problems and getting another doctor to understand would probably cause me to much anxiety .

I have been going to Dr. Ireland for many years. I like the fact that he is flexible in allowing me to help plan my own treatment. I have definitely become much healthier under his guidance. He takes the time to explain why he wants me to do something or take something.

Dr. Ireland and his office are professional and all around supportive. I have been seeing him for over 5 years and never had a complaint or any issue at all.

3 times this Dr and his staff failed to inform us of our test results. When asked they lied and said the Doctor had an unlicensed professional discuss our referrals us and yet couldn’t produce when or where they referred us. Becareful with this fraud of a doctors office.

I wish you could rate this place lower than one star. It is insane how negligent Dr. Ireland is. Even his front desk STINKS. I took off work early to show up and check in and get a "oh I'm so sorry I accidentally messed you up with a different patient you actually can't get checked on today". Awful all around. DONT GO HERE. GO TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR PLEASE.

The total lack of concern for the well being of long term patients is shocking. Senior citizens found to have a uti via labs for another meducal facilty. When notified because they are the primary care physician for the patient they 1) did not notify/ check on the patient. 2) provide the patient with an anti biotic to fight off the infection. In fact. One week later, when a visiting nurse checked and found that the patient still did not kniw, she called Dr Irelands office again but they were out to lunch. At the end if the day THEY STILL HAD NOT CALLED or PROVIDED AN ANIBIOTIC. Less caring people there could not be. Dont walk, RUN away from this office. The could care less!

I called the office to ask about getting the doctor to sign some FMLA documentation for me as I take time off to prepare to move my parents, who are under Dr Ireland's care. Not only was the office staff rude, they were incompetent. Both the receptionist and the office manager kept insisting I needed to get info from my doctor, which makes no sense whatsoever. I kept being transferred back and forth between Lexi and Brenda, I finally read the instructions to them off the paperwork and Brenda said to "just come drop it off! ".After 2 days, I called to ask about the form. After being placed on hold for 6 1/2 minutes, Lexi picked up, I introduced myself and her response was, " you haven't picked it up yet?" I responded that I hadn't been notified it was ready.When I went to pick it up, I was told to call and someone would bring it out, I called and was immediately put on hold. After 8 minutes, I hung up and went inside. Lexi was on the phone and proceeds to exclaim that she has 6 people on hold! I asked if it had been faxed, she asked"did I want them to be faxed? " even though the instructions clearly state that and include a fax number. She said "someone would do it today" and turned her back and walked away. How a business could have someone with that attitude at The front desk is beyond me, the epic rudeness and attitude would be enough to drive me away. The doctors should KNOW that this is what is representing their business!

Dr. Ireland is always available and takes the time to discuss any emergent health issues and the best solutions in layman terms.

This is a great office and staff to work with. They all are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and feel like they’re family! Dr. Ireland and his staff always have time to answer a question too! Our 5+ years have been a positive experience with them!
