I've tried to call this office at their provided number for a week now and I get a dead dial tone snd prior a few months to get a record update i was to get a callback on to change my sons appointment to urgent. I can't respond to their emails. I have an appointment for my son tomorrow I've waited 6 months for and I need to reschedule due to military. I have no way of contacting them but they keep leaving automated voice calls that tell me to call them but the number doesn't work.

6 month wait for an appointment and day of the appointment today I have covid and was unable to make it. To reschedule it's another 4 months out. Unbelievable

I am a 58yr old male and care for my 83yr old mother. Today 1-11-2023 we had an appointment with Dr Minor. We get to the office just prior to 1:00pm and she signs in. The receptionist advises thar she and I are required to wear a mask while in the waiting room (we are the only ones on the waiting room). I hear this and begin to pay attention to the other staff in the office. Not one of the staff has a mask on, additionally there was an IT person in and out of the office several times, no mask. We wait to be called in for the appointment and the nice lady who greets us that does have a mask on tells me that I need to pull my mask up so as to cover my nose. At this point I can’t take the hypocrisy any longer and advise her that we are leaving. She asked why and I explained that I found it unreasonable to require us to wear a mask when none of the other staff was. She explained that they were not interacting with patients ( they were literally 4 feet from us). I am not opposed to wearing a mask if the circumstances warrant, but If you are going to require me to wear one than Everyone should be required to. Such a Bad example.

Pésimo lugar fui porque estoy padeciendo d alergia llevo 4 meses esperando mi turno para q me quieran dar a tomar un medicamento q le tengo reacción severa y después de esperar casi 2 horas me refieren al dermatólogo. Es un chiste eso no se q tipo d médicos hay hoy en día. No se los recomiendo para nada.

We made our initial appointment back in August, but had to cancel due to Covid. It took us nearly 5 months to get back in. Once we got there, though, the staff was very friendly. My daughter, who was beyond nervous to get tested for allergies, was very hesitant, but the nurse/assistant, Pam, was very kind and reassuring. We had a good interaction with Dr. Minor as well. And now we know what my daughter is allergic to. Overall, it was a good experience.

I am rating Dr. Minor and staff at a NEGATIVE ZERO-, I was told Dr. Minor's office would call, the reason I did not receive the call is because they they lost an URGENT REFERAL that was sent in September, for an active infection, then told me the 3rd referral I finally got to them was categorized as "routine" told me that I could not be seen till FEBRUARY! 2022 and if I didn't like it I could go to another doctor....I wouldn't recommend Dr. Minor and Staff to anyone for any reason. 10-THUMBS DOWN!!!
