Arrogant, goes beyond necessary requirements for reasons to fail you for industry physical exams,. As if it was a physical for an astronaut. Insulting.

Awful! Was referred by primary for my sons flight physical. Never again ! My 16 year old filled out the paper work and said he had anxiety when he was 12! This guy deferred passing him to the FAA! He is dual enrolled and graduating early with an Associates and high school diploma so obviously not having anxiety! Doesn’t answer questions , zero personality . Waited 40 minutes and now he can’t take his solo flight because of this man! Insane!

Very non professional and little understanding of a simple DOT physical. He told me you can't drive because I'm currently on insulin and failed me. The truth is you can drive while on insulin and he is very misinformed. I called the previous week and went out of my way to inform the staff of my situation. They said bring in a letter from my doctor stating I was being treated for diabetes, which I did. They owe me an apology, my $100 I paid, and my value of my CDL.

To begin with, the front desk attendant Darlene was extremely rude and had a demeanor that screamed "I don't want to be here and it irritates me to have to help you". Dr. MacDonald, while a bit less rude, followed the same condescending tone (and from reading the other reviews, it seems like it runs in the family). I don't recommend this Doctor for anyone taking their elderly parents or grandparents - he is impatient and not helpful. A waste of time and money.

I used this doctor's facillity to have a drug test performed. The staff misplaced my test , then tried lying to me about this fact. They treated me with disrespect.I tried to complain, but the staff would not let me talk to the doctor, as I requested. I would not recommend this facillity.
