DAWN. IS A VERY SPECIAL ANGEL IN MY EYES. My experience with this office was turned into a very positive and extremely happy patient when I got a return call from Dawn. She is very positive and extra friendly to help the patient feel better and ability to get appointment so quickly for me.

Great office! Dawn was super helpful at the front getting me all the paperwork I needed prior to my appointment. Pam was knowledgeable and kept me up to date with everything after I was seen and was great when it came to getting my prescriptions filled. Dr. Dhruv is brilliant and a fantastic doctor. I drove an hour just to go this office and will continue to do so because of the level of care I feel I receive here.

Okay So I had a call based from a referral from my doctor and and I spoke with a woman named Dawn, who was professional, polite, and MORE than patient as she listened to my previous complaints of prior doctors. She gave me great advice, explained the doctors bedside manner, and completely and all at once made me feel at ease. I immediately booked an appointment and judging from their availability this doctor must be in great high demand! I can’t wait to get some relief from my appointment and even from one phone call I would recommend this practice.

Dr Dhruv is amazing and I’m glad I came to see her! I have no doubt she will get me on track and she is so nice and knows what she is doing.

Dr Dhruv saved my life. She definitely treated me as a person. In a time where doctors are over worked and need to focus on their field only and many times we simply are not seen as a whole person. Dr Dhruv diagnosed my heart disease, my sleep apnea, and high cholesterol so that we can both work together in ensuing better health care. She not an advocate of just prescribing medications but if need be will do so. It is important to find a physician with such compassion so that both the patient and physician can work together for a common goal of better care

The wait time for this clinic is unacceptable. I have never waited less than an hour past my scheduled appointment time which is frankly beyond rude. When the dr comes in, the least she could do is apologize but she doesn’t even acknowledge that she holds zero value to my time. I understand things come up, but every single time for such an extensive wait is just poor time management. I like her and think she is kind beyond the disregard for time; but she really should make very clear instead of assume about lab work- print a copy, state to go before the appointment (don’t assume the check out office will, because they don’t and that falls on the dr), and/or perhaps in the appt reminder text-state if lab work should be completed prior to the appointment. None of that was discussed and again-the doctor shouldn’t assume someone else will tell the patient or the patient should just know to get labs done.
