Julyssa is the most amazing person ever

Dr Silverman is an excellent doctor. He diagnosed my vision correctly and it hasn't been correct in a while. I finally can see correctly with my prescription. He was so very polite and kind also. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. I enjoy going there for my eye needs.

Very unprofessional, zero respect what so ever. I get a text message that my glasses are ready the Sunday before Christmas ( odd timing first thing Sunday morning, but ok, maybe someone is trying to play catch up for the holiday week?) Before i waisted my time driving down on a Sunday, I google and see they are closed Sunday, open Monday. Monday I go out of my way while trying to pack to catch a plane first thing Tuesday morning. I fight to get to the store before closing, now hoping to have my brand new glasses and have my hopes dashed by a sign reading "Closed For Inventory." Thanks, thanks a lot, i really needed my time waisted 20 hours before I fly away for Vacation. Here is a pro tip from someone who has been in retail management for over 15 years, do you inventory the first week of January when nobody gives a shit. Thank You for waisting my little time, adding more stress to my life, and not providing the basic service you offer. I'll get my glasses next year, but I'm not going to guarantee which month I will choose to accept them.

I was there a month ago and got my exam and ordered my frames they were supposed to be guess frames and was charged $29 for them. When the glasses were ready they tried to give me a different frame I didn't order and the sales girl tried to lie and say I did order the other ones. But I had a witness who was there when I ordered the guess frames. I asked for the regional manager to call me and they never did. Don't ever go here they are conn artists!!!

2 for 1 and a free eye exam, gets no better !!

They refuse to give me the contacts I paid for because I refuse to put in one of the contacts they sold me while in their office. I was already wearing one Ihad at home. They charged me $17 each for the new contacst. I was not going to waste either one. I have NEVER been asked to put in a contact in the office in the 15 years I have worn them.

Great place. Clean. Adalyn was very nice and knowledgeable for helping our 2 year old pick out glasses.

You will wait for your scheduled appointment time. I had to BEG them to change my prescription. The doctor didn't want to use my old glasses but when I came back because the new prescription hurt my eyes. In conclusion, they may not take your concerns serious.

So far so good . This seems like a Great staff. The environment was very professional and comfortable. The optometrist I seen was awesome. I’d recommend this place to families of all ethnicities.
