Parvesh Bansal's Online Review Report Card

One of the worst practices I've dealt with. Access is a joke, closed Fridays, don't turn their answering machine on until 2:00 pm. Been trying to get a nebulizer set up for about six weeks now. Will not bother trying to contact them again. I had a follow up appointment, and a reply from the office manager. They explained that staffing shortages caused difficulty in managing communications. The Dr. also explained the difficulty they had communicating with the one pharmacy we use, which I was not aware of. Times are difficult for all of us, and my visit today was productive. My last appointment was 1/3/2023, given a clean bill of health, next check up in June. One week later my thoracic surgeon's PA found a lung mass, had a biopsy done, and found me to have stage three lung cancer. I am no longer a patient at Dr. Bansal's practice. Guess I shouldn't have written a bad review before my last appointment?

My previous post was not accurate as I failed to obtain all the facts. Based on additional information the staff at the office followed standard professional guidelines perfectly.

I have been seeing Dr Bansal for over 20 years. He is absolutely the best! He has gotten my breathing problems under control and greatly improved my quality of life. My lung issues were out of control when I was allowing my allergy specialist to treat my breathing problems. I feel Dr Bansal has saved my life.

Dr. Bansal has been my physician for at least a decade. As a physician colleague in the same specialty, my clear choice to help me with my own sleep disorder was Dr. Bansal. Dr. Bansal is a compassionate physician who really listens and offers constructive advice. He returns phone calls when needed. He has a huge fund of knowledge which he accesses appropriately. His staff is kind, friendly, helpful and, just like Dr. Bansal himself, always gets back to you when you leave a message. I have nothing but praise for this physician and his excellent staff. I recommend him whole heartedly!

Dr Bansal is always available to meet my needs He has been my doctor for over 30 years and my fathers before that. He is very easy to understand and explains anything I don’t understand

As a cardiologist with 30 years of practice I feel very comfortable in making this recommendation. Approximately 10 years ago it was my turn to be on the other side of the table. I had my choice of any Pulmnologists that I desired as I was not limited by a group practice or insurance. I intentionally chose Dr Bansal because of my knowledge of his work as a colleague, and he has not disappointed me in my care as a patient. He is pleasant, understanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable which quite frankly are refreshing in today's physicians. I can honestly say that you can't go wrong choosing Dr Bansal as your pulmonologist.

I just read the other one star reviews and couldn't agree more completely. The office personnel are rude and uncooperative. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
