I have been calling various offices for a week and still unable to speak to anyone. The office in Palm Bay rings without and answer and the message left in another office was not returned. I reviewed Dr. Berger's bio and thought he would be a great fit for me as I am not happy with my present PCP. But if I can't even get in touch with anyone at any of his offices what is the point. Very disappointed.

Very unprofessional. After several visits and tests , no response from them. I literally called every two days and at the end got nothing. They want you to come for few visits that they get paid for and there will be no further help. Don’t waist your time here people. Office employees are garbage people, they sound like doing a favor talking to you and if you have a health issue, that is your problem and your fault and they have nothing for you there. I’m still trying to get some investigation done with this office with my insurance company, but not much luck, cause apparently doctors in Florida are untouchable and always right. Very upset and disappointed with this office.

While I was inpatient Dr berger had the best bedside manor. i expressed my concerned about my preparing for discharge and he went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he give me 30 days worth of meds which is just about unheard of when leaving a hospital. If all doctors were like him then the medical field would be much more satisfying
