Seem very uncaring.Doctors were strange to me.
Nurse Richard Pectol should not work with people.
Everybody was super friendly and very helpful. And also very quick. I was not there very long at all. And I like a doctor that will set and take the time to listen and answer your question. Thank you all for the pleasant visit. Look forward to seeing you next month. Thank you, Rene steffens
This office is terrible. My grandmother attended her appointment and as soon as she walked in she was treated very rudely. The girls up front not only are disrespectful, but we’re not very patient. There was only one girl who took her time to help my grandma, and you could see her frustration with the others due to the lack of help. After getting my grandmother checked in and after finishing her paperwork, she handed it to a different girl, not the kind one who helped her previously. She not only snatched the clipboard, but also when we had kindly asked to see another doctor, she instantly stated no. She assumed all the doctors were booked without even checking. We were okay with even scheduling for another date, but she again stated nobody was available and if we wanted to reschedule it would be weeks for another appointment. The doctor she seen was actually a Nurse Practitioner who's name is Richard Pectol. She wanted to see the doctor, not him. As she was in the room she stated many concerns and issues to had with a new medication and also a pain that was bothering her. As she was explaining this, he constantly kept cutting her off and stating “oh your okay, this all normal from your medication.” He would not even explain what the medication actually helped for. When it came to her pain, he checked her pain. He did not ask her any questions besides of asking when the pain started. When he took a look at her pain, he really just only looked!!! I will never recommend this Nurse Practitioner. He is not only rude, but does not even listen to his patients. I will never come here again.
Outstanding! Dr. Lee Neubert D O is the finest doctor that you will ever find! He is helpful, and he explains what he can do for you, come up with a plan and as a team consisting of the Doctor and Yourself. His staff are excellent as well and Hannah in the front office is very good and helpful. The nurses are very good as well. I am very pleased and satisfied with the Doctor and the staff. Exceptional in every way! Thank You Doctor Neubert!
Today was prompt and in and out quickly
We had app scheduled last month but was not in computer when we arrived today.Luckily staff was able to fit us in.Besides that we ate happy with service.
This was the WORST appointment I have had at a doctors office. My appt was at 8:45am. I was not called into an exam for 1hour and 10 minutes where I sat after my blood pressure was taken for another 45 minutes. Only good employee in office is Mark. New people very aloof including Richard P/A and Dr Nuebert. Horrible staffing. 2 hr appt. GIVING ONE STAR IS GENEROUS !!!!!
Staff always friendly, informative and professional. I always leave here feeling confident that I've received the best information regarding my situation. My only complaint is that the wait is very long. A good place to get some reading done.
Are experienced primarily with with Dr girton. He was exceptionally informative and gifted. All of the assistance at the desk and nurses we're exceptionally friendly and congenial. Albeit back pain issues are so complex did I believe we'd as consumers or should I say victim's forget that the doctors are practicing medicine and it is not an exact science. In saying that we are understanding that not all patients experience the same level of healing. As far as professionalism your firm was beyond our expectations.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
