Dr Joshi and his staff are excellent providers and their due diligence to ensure that everything is reviewed is first rate.

I was very pleased with Dr Joshi and his staff. Dr Joshi was very clear in explaining things to me. I want to give a huge shout out to his nurse Jen. She does everything and stays so calm. I was very upset and she was wonderful. She explained the procedure perfectly and did not rush. She made sure I understood everything. Thank You.

The entire experience was very professional. I have been with him 10 years, I would recommend him to anyone.

My husband saw this doctor and he is a very good doctor. I don't know why he gets all these bad reviews. He took very good care of my husband. He is not quick to do surgery as with others that my husband saw. My husband is very pleased with him, as I am too. We just recommended a friend to him and I know, for sure, that he is in good hands. You need to go and see him for yourself, and you'll see that he will bring you to where you should be. Take my advise, you won't regret it. I don't give out reviews, however I couldn't keep silent on these bad reviews. Thanks doc!!!

3 hrs sitting only 1 woman answering phones, checking in/out patients and answering questions. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. They do things not necessary to milk money.

Absolutely disgusting customer service provided by "Dharmi." I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I would not have put up one star but had no choice. I had the unfortunate experience of being a patient of Dr. Joshi’s back about 2012. He advised me to get an implant and his office manager (his wife,Dharma) would handle all the surgical details. I had the implant surgery and from the first days afterwards had a painful time trying to sit down. His placement was so low that anything behind me pushed the device and caused pain. Then the bills started coming in. The office manager had not gotten authorization. Then the hospital started sending bills because again there was no authorization for the surgery. Our insurance would have completely taken care of it but they had never been contacted, even though it was the doctor’s and the hospital’s responsibility to do so, according to the terms of our policy. $158,000 was our debt according to each and every Dr. or assisting associate and hospital with the post surgery and the medications that they gave me. It took two letters from my other personal Drs. and 18 months of hell trying to get the situation straightened out. I continued having pain at the implant site and saw another Urologist. They got everything in order first then performed an implant revision. Not only was the device too low, it wasn’t in the right placement to relieve my symptoms. My Dr. put a new implant in, placed it where it worked well. There is no way I want anyone else to go through the hell this Dr. and his office staff put my husband and myself through. I can’t recommend Dr Joshi . I only write this to warn potential patients that you need to make sure that you have authorization before you let him operate. Or get a second opinion. Or just don’t go to him.

We came into the office, asked for a facemask. The girl at the desk said, " they DO NOT HAVE ANY FACE MASKS!!! Than was very upset. This is ridiculous!! I understand they want to be safe, and so do we. All other Drs. Offices provide a mask if needed. Dr.needs to say something to this girl in the front desk.

Great doctor and very nice staff very friendly family ran office and his wife was very nice and I would highly recommend him to others and he saved my life I had a kidney stone that was so big it blocked off my urine track because I was only born with one kidney and never knew it until now and thank you doc for saving my life

I have no idea what's up with all the negative comments, but Dr. Joshi is a fantastic physician. He has helped me thru a difficult medical issue. I will say that the older lady at the front desk does need to remove herself from the office because she is partially killing his business, but I wouldn't go see another Urologist. PERIOD
