At every appointment Dr. Allende asked me " you aren't diabetic, are you?". It was as if he never reviewed my chart. I've been diabetic for over 30 years. Then, in the hospital after my surgery he severely underprescribed insulin even though I explained my insulin need as a type 1 diabetic. So in the hospital my blood sugar soared and the hospital didn't want to discharge me because the doctor let it run so high.

Dr Allende is what all doctors should be, best experience I've had with a doctor in a long time! His staff at the front desk was very nice also, Dr Allende was very informative and very knowledgeable, he explained my MRI results to me very well, and listened to my concerns , Hes awesome! And I highly recommend him to all!

Dr. Allende took time to explain my MRI results in great detail. He spent time listening to my explanation of neck pain. One of the best appointments I've ever had with a surgeon. Without a doubt I highly recommend him.

I am 70, I have been to some doctors in my life, none more attentive and informative than Dr. Allende... he spent a ton of time with me and we developed a plan I have real confidence in. Great Doctor... read. PERSON!

Dr. Allende performed surgery on my back. He is the best Dr. I have seen in Florida. He is not only professional but really caring. I have referred patients to him and they were just as pleased. His staff is wonderful too.

Besides the rough experience with this surgery x2....... Dr. Allende and his staff AWESOME!!!!!!! They made my experience bearable ... I wish he could be my PCP. He didn't just give up on me when my insurance was being difficult, he found alternatives. When I had complications he and staff made sure to make it right. Checked on me through out the ordeal. I most definitely refer him.. Also his staff was top notch.. Helped my process run smooth .. Thank you Dr. Allende and BTW no more pain=)

I'm 70 - of all the doctors, specialists, medical personnel I've dealt with in my lifetime, Dr. Allende (and his PA, Denise) have been by very, very far been the best professionals I've dealt with. They are both professional, kindly, thoughtful, inclusive, steadfast, followed up diligently (and often) and explained my complex issue in a way that I could readily understand and actively participate in. Through Dr. Allende and Denise's support, succor and guidance; and with their phenomenal expertise, I am alive today - and walking. Thank you both for being such amazing human beings.

I thought he was exceptional! I've been to many neurologist with God complex, here's a neruoSURGEON, who was so down to earth, caring, kind, answered all questions, never felt rushed. His staff has always been very kind as well. I'm more than satisfied, highly recommend.
