I am getting married in a month and my fiancé was originally scheduled for an appointment mid December. I called the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Dawn and kindly asked her to please see if she can schedule him before our wedding. She called me back and moved him up to the beginning of September! Not only is Dawn kind, patient and professional, she is genuine and listened to my reasons of urgency. This office is lucky to have her … what an amazing experience!!! Kudos to Dawn.

My father is a patient of Dr. Desai. Dr. Desai is a thorough, caring and responsive doctor. His staff is excellent, as well, especially Dawn. My dad is blind and takes many pills. Dawn has been extremely helpful to me as a liaison with Dr. Desai and other members of his team. She is kind, professional, smart and dependable. I’m so thankful for her help and dedication to her work.

Dr. Desai is a great doctor. He is thorough, caring and takes his time with my dad. His team is terrific, especially Dawn. Getting a new patient appointment was never so easy as it was today when I called Dr. Desai's office and had the pleasure of making the appointment with "Dawn." What a super person with which to plan a procedure you know is not going to be pleasant. Talking with the right person who can put you at ease immediately is very important and much appreciated! My appointment is a couple months away, but I want people to know this office made a heck of a first impression. Thanks again, Dawn. I look forward to meeting you...and that cupcake is coming!

Excellent facility and Staff, however they do not accept Amex and will turn you away and reschedule your appointment if your Money is Funny or your Change is Strange on any Copays. Guess inflation is getting real all over😅 Cash/ VISA or Mastercard only
