Sharon Dillon's Online Review Report Card

I went on a deployment and there was an insurance issue with tricare. When I got back I called the office and attempted to correct the insurance issue. The officer personnel had nothing but an attitude when I was trying to fix the issue. After I got all the info situated I told them to call me with anymore issues. I gave them updated contact info with my new address and phone number. Instead of reaching out they sent the bill to collections. I will be moving my daughter to another provider.

We love Dr. Sharon Dillon! Kind, compassionate, takes time to listen.

Wonderful office, including doctor and staff. My daughter always feels at ease at all of her appointments with Dr. Sharon Dillon. Dr. Dillon has a wonderful bedside manner, explains thinks clearly, and my family trust her advice 100%. So glad we found this office.

I agree with Jennifer - the staff here think they have the right to do and say whatever they want. And that includes getting 'friends' to write completely fictitious reviews about visitors who dont appreciate being disrespected by the worst staff you can imagine. Terrible attitude.

I think everyone who goes to this Doctor should consider finding another one ASAP, she does not handle certain family situations well especially when it comes to changing of custody among other things like a mother taking her sons ADHD medication and not filing a police report even when her patient tells her it’s true and yet she does nothing.

Dr Dillon is probably one of the most caring pediatricians I’ve been to yet. We absolutely LOVE her staff too! They are helpful and informative and sweet. I’m so happy I switched pediatricians. My daughter has severe eczema and they have been extremely helpful in her care when she has bad flair ups. I always feel so taken care of in the needs of my little one.

Dr. Dillon is an amazing doctor who is very attentive and always open to listening to the parent.

Well! It's wasn't a woman Dr. Was a Guy Dr, Who attend me at Wickham Road Office.I am a little confused about the about it. But.He was very helpful. I will post more info as it go.This was my first time,but he referred Me to a gastroenterologist surgeon for a test to find out what's wrong.--adasdow2earthessentials

We've had Dr. Dillon for our pediatrician for 13 years and I've always been happy with her care, experience, and advice. We've had to reach her on a weekend due to an emergency and she called back and gave us thorough advice. Dr. Dillon has a great deal of experience so she's a wonderful medical resource for questions I have regarding everything from vaccinations, to attention issues, to appropriate weights for kids, to proper growth concerns, to illnesses, to puberty. I think I've discussed everything with her over the last decade! She's always a trusted resource with intelligent answers.

Dr. Dillon relates to the kids and takes the time to speak with them, having teenagers, I was hesitant on having to change doctors after many years with the same doctor, however I am so happy with her and the care she takes with my kids.
