This place is literally ridiculous I’ve been going to them for many years now and I’ve seen the company change I’ve seen doctors and nurses change but it’s always the same they never answer their phones they don’t care about the patient the only thing they care about is the next patient through the door for the money I wish I can give them less than one star this past week and two weeks I’ve been trying to contact them in regards to the medication doctors never call you back staff never called you back it’s simply ridiculous

SOAR has completely failed to assist my valid complaints as shown on xray & mri. The office staff, I have nothing to say, other than irresponsible don't even get me started on the call center. Appointments made were either changed or canceled without my knowledge leaving me to drive from Titusville to Rockledge or Melbourne. I'm changing to Florida Pain, and after my first appointment this week I'm glad I did.

This facility in Rockledge and Melbourne is horrible. Had to press a star to get to review they deserve negative. The rollover in staff and the call center in Central America are dreadful. This is the only way I can voice my issue seeing no one will call you back or help you. I had been seeing Dr Kaba for 3 years for back injections several times a year . I had requested my records and it was peppered with false statements of me having urine tests, sedation with injections, resume opioids and morphine . None of which are true. When tried to rectify this I was told by assistant this is boiler plate stuff they put in everyone’s files. WHAT? Are you kidding. I tried to get manager and patient advocate to call me to no avail . My last injection I came to Rockledge for follow up . The receptionist stuck a cup in face for urine. I told her I never did that before seeing NEVER was prescribed opioids. She began whispering to the same assistant. They called me up and told me ( after waiting 45 minutes) that the PA would not see me unless I did urine sample . I asked where does it say this, she said I don’t know that’s just how it is. So after waiting almost an hour, traveling to and from, taking my $35 copay , they refused to see me for my follow up . I guess no one cares if I was ok from my injection. Hypocratic Oath??They would not refund my copay and manager and advocate never called . Now- I get an email stating I have an outstanding balance and this day they actually charged me $40 for a no show . Again, really????? I am not done yet. All corporations involved will be getting a detailed letter of what happened . This is a terrible practice and the incompetence is amazing. Do yourself a favor use anyone else but this practice.

It was a complete waste of my time. The so-called doctor wanted 2 give me back injections. I had that b4 & didn't do anything 4 my pain. I had 20 major surgeries & he was a complete joke.

Change is what is going on and only time will tell the future of treatment.

Not professional! Can’t get phone calls returned! And area for procedures is totally not sterile or upto par!

One of the worst pain management facilities, that I've ever experienced. The doctors aren't the problem. Instead, its the total unprofessional office staff, that rely on an answering service, to take all incoming calls, and and to pass messages along to your doctors. The office staff has never return calls to me, after leaving messages. Today is Thursday, and I've had to leave yet another message with the answering service today. I called this past Monday morning, and they've yet to call me back. This is now multiple times, that this has happened. Not only that, but I've had to drive to the office twice, because no one would ever return my calls. There's no excuse, for a doctors office, to not returning patients phone calls!! Its sad that it's not a problem with the doctor, but with simple phone calls, not being returned by office staff. Time for me to fire this pathetic medical facility. 😡😡

They have a checkout person who rolls her eyes & slams charts when you're in pain. She thinks her charting is more important than your discomfort. The doctor is new but Ive been going there over 10 years seeing previous doctors. Yet he doesnt know my history. Bad communication technique for a corporation.

Was 20 minutes late tried to call twice only got the answering service in Guatemala ,got their and they would not see me had to reschedule...point is they could have told me over the phone and not drive 20 miles
