The careful development of background history as well as thoughtful interactions with the staff and Dr Visa provided affirmation that the evaluation for my aging family member was thorough. The office interactions, resources, and support recommendations are greatly appreciated by family support providers as well as the “new” patient. Thanks You!

I would have given Dr Visa a 5 star until 6 months ago. But , now, phone calls to the nurse get no response for days , but my most resent experience, was no response to my call and the call from my dad’s nurse was them to send the new prescription to a nurse practitioner that my dad does not see any more. Dr Visa is great at diagnosing dementia but don’t depend on her to help you through the process

Phenomenal caring expert on the issues confronting elderly patients. Her approach is medically accurate with the support rarely experienced in today's health-care delivery system. Thankful for her compassion!

Dr. "Visa" is completely compassionate and she is wonderfully wise regarding all aspects of Geriatric Medicine and care!! She really involves her patients' loved-ones serving as care-givers, and we are truly blessed to have her in our community!!! Her staff is likewise very thoughtful and patient to all of the patients, particularly important for those with dementia!

She is the most compassionate and professional doctor we have ever seen. She is keenly intelligent and she and her staff provide support on every aspect and challenge of aging. I have taken my husband, my father and my mother to the aging clinic - all with vastly different issues over the years and they have assisted us every time.

A very caring doctor who has structured her practice with the true needs of her patients in mind, and who takes the time and effort to really understand what is going on.

We had been referred to Dr. Srinivasan ("Dr. Visa") by a neighbor who is a neurosurgeon, regarding our mother. From the time I stepped up to the window for check-in, through the consultation with Dr. Visa and her staff, finishing with the checkout process, everyone was friendly and respectful. Dr. Visa is very knowledgeable in the field and, more important, takes the time needed to explain issues and answer everyone's questions. As my mother said, "I don't feel as though we have 10 minutes, then on to the next patient." The initial intake with my mother and key family members included time with Dr. Visa; a social worker; an RN; a pharmacist. Each of our other visit thus far and have been equally satisfying. Very highly recommended, though there is a waiting list of a couple months. (That's how good she is.)

Dr Visa and her staff have been very compassionate and caring about my father's well being. She always listened and answered questions when asked. She is very knowledgable in her field and her staff is very helpful. I will recommend her to anyone who might be stricken by this horrible disease.

Dr Visa has been my dads memory doc for a few years she is awesome. She is very patient, listens well, helpful in every step of the process, explains well and has a great bed side manner. The staff is a reflection of her also.

I was extremely happy with the doctor and her staff when I brought my father, unfortunately he goes back up north and I wished he had a dr. like her. I was most pleased with all the help amongst herself and the staff. I would highly recommend her
