Today had an appointment at 11:45, office called to come in at 11:00 due to a cancellation. As it turns out we were not called until after 12:10. I made complaints to the front office staff. All they said is we called, I asked to call again, it is unacceptable practice to have someone going through kemo to have them wait over an hour an twenty minutes with no response we we asked several times, why the wait. The front greeting staff did nothing, I had to ask a nurse that calls folks in the waiting area and he answered my questions. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

Very good. He explained plan. He answered our questions. He gave us hope.

the doctor and staff are great however whoever runs their answering services or the folks that the messages are sent to do not return phone call or messages left on their answering Serices. the last four attempts have gone unanswered. i can say again the doctor and staff out the best i ever had in my treatments of cancer. they are great. they truly care about the patient.

Horrible experience without seeing the doctor. I am a new patient, I drove 2 hours to make my 2:30 pm appt. I called the office 4 times, letting them know I was on my way, but held up in traffic due to a construction accident . Not 1 reply. I called scheduling to inform them of the same, No Replies. I arrived 11 minutes late, went to check-in only to be told by the nasty receptionist that the doctor left. She said "we've been busy and couldn't check our messages". That's a load of BS, she and another employee were yucking it up as I walked thru the door. That was it, no offer to reschedule, no offer of, geez, you drove all this way and contacted us and he's not here to see you. I wouldn't recommend this doctor or his office staff to work at a lemonade stand.

This place and doctors are the best. I'm greatful to have them with me through my battle with cancer.

Both Dr. Chandra & his staff were so pleasant, patient and kind. I felt like my issues were heard and listened to. Would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Chandra, Melissa, Sofie and their entire crew have been nothing but a blessing and gift to our family. My Mother and I cannot thank them enough for all of their knowledge and compassion throughout her time of treatment. This office is the best of the best in Brevard. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chandra Since April 2023 due to having recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer in February 2023. At that time I had a tumor surgically removed from my large intestine. The surgery included the removal of my appendix as well as part of my intestines. The surgeon, Dr. Olinde, was able to remove the tumor as well as any surrounding tissues that may have been invaded by cancer cells. Unfortunately, 1 Lymph node was affected so it as well as 12 other Lymph nodes were also removed. Dr. Olinde is confident that he was able to remove all cancerous services which is a Blessing. I was then directed to go see Dr. Chandra. I am so glad that he accepted me as a patient. Dr. Chandra is a patient, caring, patient and very knowledgeable and professional oncologist. I feel that he along with his wonderful staff have saved my life with the chemo treatments I am currently in the midst of receiving. I have 5 more treatments to go! Every staff member that I have had the pleasure of working with these past months have exhibited the same professional yet very caring demeanor as Dr. Chandra. I call the 3 lovely nurses who provide the treatments Chandra's Angels! They never stop for a moment while attending to many patients at once. I don't see them take any breaks, even for meals. Yet they are always pleasant with an upbeat attitude that I admire since they are dealing with a variety of different patients' and their various needs. The front desk staff always welcome me and other patients with a warm smile and greeting. They are very proficient and assist me with signing in or any other needs in a timely manner. Other staff members that I have had the pleasure of working with are always professional, very knowledgeable, and will get the answers to my many questions right away. I have on occasion had to call after hours and have always been assisted to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Chandra and his team for any oncology needs one might require. Dr. Chandra is a kind, compassionate professiobal. He has great expertise in his medical specialty. He takes time to answer questions and explain matters patiently. He employs an excellent staff.

Worst place to get an appointment. The receptionist don’t answer and when he does he puts you on hold for like 20min to then ask you for your phone to call you back. He is not helpful at all
