Very friendly staff, prompt abd no long waits. And Dr. Zaidie does not rush you thru your appts. He listens and gives great options for pain management.

Dr Zaidi is very condescending and arrogant. I was a patient for numerous years. He blatantly lied about how strong my pain pump dose was after me complaining of withdrawals from my oral meds that were not weaned down., telling me I was imagining it. He never even made eye contact with me during an office visit when I confronted him about his lack of attention he started yelling at me and left the room, as I was in need of his service I had to wait an additional hour and a half for him to calm down and return. He has no care or concern for his patients or their problems and has failed repeatedly to hold true to the oath he took as a physician. After my last confrontation about his lack of looking at me as an individual and treating me as such my drug test magically came back as failed but I’ve yet to be told what showed up. I haven’t EVER failed a drug test in over 19 years as a pain management patient starting in Tennessee. Dr Zaidi is in my opinion a narcissistic arrogant sub human being

Dr Zaidi is very nice, compassionate and willing to work with me when I have issues getting medication from the pharmacy. I have never had an issue with him in the years that I have been seeing him as a patient.

Dr Zadi is a very compassionate pain management doctor. Because of moving for work I’ve seen 7 or 8 PM doctors and he is the best. He understands I’m a human and I’m not perfect. Highly recommend Dr Zaidi!

Dr zaidi is very condescending and aggressive. He screamed at me, cursed every 3 words, and I was actually afraid of him and was trying to get out the door when he finally told me to get out of his f word office and never come back. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy he is the most arrogant deranged doctor I have ever been exposed to and no it had nothing to do with me wanting a higher dose or controlled substance like a few have said. I contradicted him and he attacked me then wouldn't let me leave until he finished screaming. So unprofessional, I'd definitely never recommend him, he's a loose cannon, dangerously bipolar-like and thinks he's more than he is. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a drug problem himself. A foul mouthed easily agitated nutcase that needs to understand his patients are his reputation and learn to treat them like a professional board certified doctor should. I wonder if I didn't shy from his aggression and instead squared up to him if things would have escalated to violence toward me. He needs not to be a doctor if he can't control himself.

Been a patient at the Back Center with Dr. Zaidi for the past few years. Been very pleased with his care, recommendations and continued follow up with my needs. He has always been upfront and personable with me, answered every question, whether in my favor or not. I would recommend Dr. Zaidi to my family and friends because I feel confident he will always provide his best professional care. Thank you for your service and best wishes for continued success.

I have been seeing Dr Zaidi for chronic neck and back pain many years now and I have never had a problem with him. He always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He is a doctor in a very difficult field and yet has always taken the time I needed to understand my options and concerns. When I have had difficulty getting my medications (due to supply issues) he helped me adjust my medications to avoid withdrawal when possible.

I have been seeing Dr. Zaidi for several years. He has been treating me for long term pain as a result of spinal surgery many years ago. I am pleased to say that he shows concern and compassion for my pain. He listens to me and offers suggestions to help me cope with my situation. He also remembers the other physical issues that I have mentioned in previous visits and asks about them. I highly recommend Dr. Zaidi.

Have seen this Dr. for several years for chronic pain before and after cervical fusions. He is so patient, kind, and always listens and continues to research new treatments. He is wonderful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zaidi's for over a decade. I appreciate his thorough in depth knowledge about my medical condition, and am satisfied with his recommended treatment options. He is extremely professional, but also has a friendly easygoing disposition. He takes time to answer all my questions until he's sure I understand. His office staff is organized and friendly. Scheduling works out so that there is little to no wait time.
