I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez for pain management. He is board certified in Pain Medicine, Interventional Pain Medicine, and Anesthesiology. Dr. Alvarez is patient and compassionate in his evaluation and treatment of the chronic pain I'm suffering from due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and fibromyalgia. Dr Alvarez' nurse, Debbie goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and valued as a human being. I have referred many, many pain patients to Dr. Alvarez and I drive from Polk City to Melbourne monthly to be managed by him. He's totally worth it!

Getting arthritis in my left hip given a treatment that lasted several weeks. 2nd treatment was a different medication and this has lasted 10 months. Great Dr. Great staff.

Dr. Alvarez and staff are awesome. Pain management is a slippery slope and his protocols are there to protect your health. Dr. Alvarez has been my doctor for 17 years. Not just pain management he takes care of you as a person for which I am grateful. I appreciate that he'll say no that's not a good way to handle your situation or that treatment long tern is not prudent. Everyone that works there is great and Kendra is awesome.

Dr.A.is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him since 2008.I have rods and screws in my back. He trys to help with the pain. He wasn't my original pain Dr. I got hurt in 1999. I wish I'd seen him first. But I live in Orlando at the time. Just know he does try to fix my back. The staff is wonderful their to.

The appointment was on time and he performed my procedure there at the office and I was done in 30-40 minutes.

Completely nasty woman at the front desk. My husband and I have been going to this office for over ten years, and more recently, seeing Kendra for either knee or shoulder injections. My husband went in to talk to the office about seeing Kendra (since the docs have changed.) He was treated like a sub-human. All he wanted was his regular cortisone shoulder injection. They treated him like he was a drug seeking criminal. How rude! I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Office staff is inefficient. They do not communicate well. They do not follow up with insurance companies, they do not own their actions. If you want to go to an office where you feel disrespected and spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily... You have found your provider. Do your homework, don't pick this office because they have the first available appointment, I'm realizing why that is now. Waited over a hour and a half to be seen for my shot, several other issues with administration not returning phone calls or messages.
