Aimee Raup's Online Review Report Card

Extremely uneducated physician on women's health and bodies. My best friend saw her for a medical need and was belittled, embarrassed and prescribed medications that would not help her. Primary physician backed the concerns and lucky my friend is on the right health care treatment plan. Bottom line, Aimee is highly unprofessional, ignorant and is going to kill someone. Please do not go to her. xoxo, a Nurse.

Dr Raup is great but the receptionists are so rude and never answer the phones.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS WHATSOEVER ANYBODY GIVING GOOD REVIEWS IS LYING!!!! 💯💯💯 Apparently nobody's allowed to get upset. That's a client of theirs. If you do they will drop you. They will not tell you they will send you an email that you'll never see 😂 Every single person that works there is a joke especially Alana Colon! Their main midwife. They will treat you as a joke. Talk about you behind your back. Literally almost every unprofessional thing you could think of happened while I was a patient here... IF YOU HAVE YOUR UNBORN CHILD TREATED HERE YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR CHILD TAKEN AWAY 😂💯 THAT'S HOW MUCH OF A JOKE THIS PLACE IS 💯💯

WORST MIDWIFE PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE if you even give a little bit of attitude. They will drop you as a client. They will not tell you and when you call back weeks later cuz you have a problem with one of your prescriptions they tell you oh we dropped you last time you gave us attitude?!? Aren't you supposed to inform us of that?! They don't know how to do their jobs. The midwife wasn't even there when we had our baby! They've only given us problems. Never solutions never ever go here! WORST MIDWIFE PLACE EVER!!!!

My wife had surgery performed by Dr Aimee Raup in early 2020. Recently, she's been in crippling pain for the last few weeks where her primary determined she will require surgery. She made an appointment with Dr Raup over a week in advanced for consultation and surgery. We moved our work schedule around to accomadate the Monday appointment. A couple hours before her appointment Dr Raup's office called to inform my wife she's considered a new patient and cannot be seen today and has to reschedule EVEN though she's had surgery by Dr Raup. Wow! Day of the appoinment they informed her of this even though they know in advanced about who she is. So we reschedule the next appointment and arrive 15 minutes early as Dr Raup's office requested. At her appointment time they tell her Dr Raup had to leave for surgery and will have to reschedule. My wife is in pain, crying, and we've lost a lot of time to get consultation on her condition to be pain free. SO THIS IS HOW THIS BUSINESS WORKS. Either lack of empathy and/ or incompetence. Make sure to read more reviews about them. I am so disappointed in this practice.

Receptionist are rude and act like they don’t want to take care of anybody . Literally stared at me as I waited to check in with no one in line and then opened the window like yeah? Wym yeah I have an appointment anyway. Appointment was for 2:45 I showed at 2:30 as directed I was pulled into a room at 2:55 and 3:30 no one had even come to check on… pants down just waiting.. I left. If your too busy stop booking appointments

I love my doctor and the ladies in the back but the receptionist are very rude they will let the phone ring and never answer any calls so unprofessional

Do not recommend Dr Raup or her office.

Office staff very rude, uncaring, cold. The type that make you want to leave practice. Doctor is great. Tough call with this office. It is so important to feel taken care of with compassion when you call office. The office staff is a representation of practicing Doctor. I hope the doctor is aware that her staff is a poor representation of her wonderful care.

Why would you schedule a patient for 10:30 appointment and have other patients come in after her and leave before her? Raup is the one that left tissue inside of me the first procedure. And now for her to go over the second procedure I'm put on hold so everyone else with children can go before me? If the procedure was done right the first time then none of this would be happening
