Very good to me but am not ready for wearing a few weeks maybe in a rehab hospital but on my body for a few hours and am allergic to latex so be acknowledged

Dr. Sharma is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 stars. I wish I could say the same about his office staff and their response to phone calls and patient portal entries. It was pretty much zero. In fact if I could rate their response to my repeated phone calls and patient portal entries I would give their response zero stars. Their lack of response delayed testing that Dr. Sharma ordered by five months. This is completely unacceptable. Again Dr. Sharma is amazing but do not expect to hear back from his office staff if you leave a voicemail (they never, ever answer the phone) or enter a patient portal question or request for help. Very very sad.

I Felt Completely Comfortable & Definitely Would Recommend this Dr. & His Staff. They Are a Great Team & They Are Thorough. I Feel Absolutely Confident I've Found a Great Doctor! Ty! Update: I also had a 6 month follow Up Appt. Cancelled by an Email. Have tried getting in touch. Left Messages Now for a Couple of Months. They Cancelled the 6 month F/Up 3+ months ago. Was not sure If I should try to make another appt. But I Talked to a Friend of mine, the one who actually referred me to Dr. Sharma, Who IS The Best Dr. & Reminds Me of the So "Few" Who Are this All Around Great! Takes the Time, Explains Everything, Expert in His Field, Obviously & He Truly Cares. Very Few Like This! But, I Cannot figure out why I've left so many Messages asking for a Call back so I can Re-schedule & Keep Up with this Great Dr. But I too, Am getting No Response. Maybe he's in such High Demand his Office must choose those Who Needs him the Most. I Could Definitely Understand That. Just wish I'd receive a Call to let me know that One Way or Another. I'd schedule 6 More months out if that's what it takes. Very Confused as to why No Return Calls After I've left So many Messages. I did Not Cancel the Appt. I Received an Email back in May Cancelling the Appt. I had. Either Way, This IS A Great Doctor! In Every Way.

I love Dr. Sharma but trying to schedule ot reschedule an appointment is unreal. They send you an email they're canceling your appointment and to call their office to reschedule and when you call you get a recording which says they check their messages at the end of the day. You leave your message and they never call you back. It's very frustrating!!
