I knew it was an awesome opportunity to meet Dr. Guarino when it was presented through a Medtronics representive. Dr. Guarino is much needed and appreciated in Brevard county. I am having him perform my pain pump surgery in the near future. I actually can't wait b/c I believe it will be life changing! Thank you Dr G for doing what your called to do!

Been with Dr Guarino for more than a year. He listens and gives you opportunity to ask questions, explains your options. Most importantly he gets results. The office personnel are always professional and courteous. They are always helpful. Has been life changing experience for me. I get to step back into my life again! Thank you Dr. Guarino!

My wife sees Dr Quarino and he's the forth pain management doctor that she has seen in Brevard County and is by far THE BEST! He listen to you and is concerned about you and will work with you to try and get your pain controlled. I'm so happy we found him and my wife's off all those pills. All of the staff is very friendly and professional as well.

Dr Guarino is the worst doctor I have ever seen.I previously had Dr Fernandez who was very caring, then he left and I was left this doctor who does not listen or take any concern with your pain. I have been a chronic pain patient for years with a debilitating Nerve Demylenating condition and a Pain Pump to sort of help. I came in out of fear my Pump might not be working after an MRI, and he adjusted my pump without communicating with me, and took issue with a medication my neurologist had prescribed for me for over 5 years, all instead of helping with the issue I paid to see him for. He left me in a lurch and I will never see him again. It is scary to have a device inside of you and have severe pain and have no control over anything, then add an uncaring unattentive person who does not listen that you depend on. Finding new doctors is not easy in situations like mine, why is it so hard for a doctor like this to have compassion and actually listen to the patient?

Been with Dr. Guarino for almost a year. He has always been patient, understanding and professional. Very knowledgeable and outlines your options in detail. Works well with your your overall situation to achieving results.

I’ve been a pain patient since 2008. Last year because of insurance had to find new doc. I got lucky and found Dr. Guarino. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. We’re running tests to find out how much more efficient the pump can be. He gave me options/hope! Can’t get much better than that... The staff also was kind and patient. Cbest

Dr. Guarino is the best pain doctor I have ever been to. I saw him for about 20 or more years. I have tried to find another doctor like him but I can't. I wish he would send me a referral to another doctor. You will never go wrong seeing Dr. Guarino.

Always a professional experience at Dr. Guarino’s office. His staff are so friendly. Your concerns are taken seriously, and he is always looking for a way to help you and try to fix what’s bothering you.

Was a patient for over 15 years. Received many painful injections of which many did not help. Received a lot of medication of which I warned myself down. I was told that if I wanted an injection I would have to ask for it otherwise my visits every 3 months offered no new treatments just continued poorly controlled pain. He showed no empathy or compassion over the years even when I screamed a couple of times during one of his procedures. He left his practice without giving his patients notice and we were left to be reassigned to other physicians at other hospitals. My new physician has subsequently done an injection procedure which is the first humane one I have received in 15 years as well as being offered a variety of treatments and non-narcotic medicines to try & manage the pain which had not been offered for years.
