Each member of his staff at Weusthoff Wound Care, was truly caring and willing to do their best, in providing the best possible service, in reaching the objective. This was my initial interview with Dr. Arnold & I had a very pleasant appointment. The Dr. was very thorough and paid attention to detail while recording my medical history as a Service connected Disabled Veteran. I was put at ease learning things about him I think are important to a patient that puts his trust in his Doctor.The entire Staff was Jovial & friendly and treated me very professionally.

WENT TO SEE HIM FOR THE FIRST TIME. I WAS WELL GREETED BY THE OFFICE STAFF. WAIT TIME TO SEE DOCTOR WAS 1 MINUTE. DOCTOR CAME IN ,WE SPOKE, HE REVIEWED ALL MY RECORDS AND WE SPOKE AGAIN. HE REALLY TOOK HIS TIME AND SHOWS HE REALLY CARES FOR HIS PATIENT. FIRST VISIT TOOK ONE HOUR WITH THE DOCTOR BECAUSE HE SAYS HE WANTS TO GET TO KNOW ME A BIT BETTER. IM GLAD I FOUND A TRUE PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR WHO SHOWS HE CARES FOR HIS PATIENTS.
