While treating my husband, for a stroke, in the hospital, he was called in & was able to modify the medication to control the blood pressure after he was 3 weeks in ICU with no change. He would find me & give me detailed information on his condition each night. An excellent physician.

I have been seeing Dr Wanich along with my wife for over 15 years. He is retiring and we hate to see him leave his practice. He took charge of my medications and reduced them to only those that were necessary. WOW! We will miss him.

Dr. Wanich has been my doctor for many years. I too am in the medical field and prior to my illness had the pleasure of working next to him in patient settings. I saw first hand the excellent care he provided his patients. He also has a great reputation with other physicians including those practicing in huge universities. That speaks volumes about a physician. So,when I found that I needed to see a Nephrologist, there was no doubt it would be Dr. Wanich. I never looked back and he has provided EXCELLENT care to me over the years! It's because of his experience, knowledge (he's extremely intelligent), compassion ....that I have done very well with my illness. To me, Dr. Wanich is the BEST Nephrologist! He saved my life and I will forever be grateful for his care. Thank you Dr. Wanich!

Good doctor if you can keep him - - He only visits patients in middle of night so no way to talk to him as a concerned family member. He will tell you to go elsewhere when he gets tired of treating you.
