List of Diane Luciani's Reviews
She listens to what you have to say and answers your questions so that you can easily understand the answers. Her office staff is awesome. Sabrina, Haley and Elizabeth are in different positions but always so helpful and go the extra time to help you. Please let them know what an asset they are to the Medical field. I’m so thankful I found Dr Diane Luciani.
After seeing a couple of comments about rudeness or being rushed, I thought I should offer my review. I've been a patient of Dr. Luciani since 2009 and she has always been kind, understanding and listens to me. She has helped improve my hypertension by trying different meds until the right ones worked. I was able to do teledoc the past couple of years and that worked well. There's only 1 instance I can recall of waiting a long time for her to come into the room and it was because she wasn't made aware I was in there. Lately, I haven't had to wait long at all in either the waiting room or the treatment room. Her staff has been helpful both in person and on the phone. When I was uninsured she helped me find cheaper pharmacies, labs, etc. I'm glad I found her when I moved here 14 years ago.
Dr. Luciani cares about her patients.
Very caring and personable physician. I’ve been going to her for several years. She takes her time with you and listens. Sometimes there is a long wait in the office which can be irritating, but once she’s with you in the examination room it is worth the wait.
Dr. Luciani was VERY rude! Avoid!!! Staff refuses to answer the phone...had to drive there to get a question answered.
I said it 3 years ago and I am saying it now, she is the best in everything. Sorry if shes not your doctor
Dr. Luciani has been my G.P. for 10 years or more....she is wonderful, caring, compassionate...and does not have the god complex so many doctors seem to have. She listens, even if it is something out of the ordinary, and will work with you to best maintain your health in a Holistic Way as much as feasibly possible. Lovely person and down to earth, reachable and real. Not the kind of Doctor that knows it all and is open to new Ideas.
After 8 years of having her as my dr she dropped me because of a small misunderstanding and it was done over the phone by someone in her office. Any good doctor would see you and talk to you about why but she refused to see me. I find this being unprofessional and rude. Left me without my medications to find a new doctor and start all over. Now I have no medications while searching for a doctor who will help me. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone because of this.
Dr Luciani is a compassionate person and a good listener. She knows her limitations and refers you to a specialist for your problem. This is not always true of others. Started going to her when Dr Bill Morgan went to administration.
My mother-in-law has been a patient if Dr. Luciani for 10 years. I met her about 4 years ago up until recently we never had an issue with her. My Mom had a sevre stroke in Jan of 2018. With other persistent medical issues which were handled. Unfortunately about 2 weeks ago her staff violated HIPPA regulations. An Dr Luciani quit being my Mom's Dr without any notice to us. The way we found out was from my Mom's Physical Therapy company told us. Shame on the staff of this doctor's office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
