The Doctors are wonderful but the office staff and dialysis nurses are sterile. This company as a whole is nothing but a puppy mill. I have been doing this for long time from state to state and these facilities are the worst. The Doctors listen to you but their not listening. I realize the Doctors in Brevard are quick to write a prescription rather you ask or not without testing. Don’t get a referral this office will take months to answer and have to be reminded constantly to send critical paperwork for transplant. The Asian Older gentleman who still treat patients with old school care and respect and not like another sick complaining patients.

What’s wrong with the staff here when session after session I am told that patients are freezing cold and leaving so cold that they feel sick. I am told that people are wearing blankets and jackets and suffering from the low temperatures in the dialysis room while the staff ignores their request to please not turn down the ac so low.My inlaw has asked numerous times along with others and they are being ignored. Dialysis is difficult enough why are they being mistreated like this and universally ignored? I am also to that the MD on staff is not caring and does nothing to care for issues related to dialysis complications only tells family to seek medical care from another physician.
