The front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful, they do not answer calls or return calls. I called over and over again to schedule first appointment and multiple times to correct a billing mistake. My insurance company and I could not get a response. Their billing issues took months to correct. Also, the carpet at Wickham office was so dirty I was concerned about overall cleanliness. Even if this is a good doctor, the experience was not worth repeating.

I love doctor Burrows! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Communication is a big thing for me and I have no problem reaching her or her staff. The portal is a great way to communicate with her. I fully recommend her.

Met Dr.. Burrows this morning for the first time, absolutely the most kind gentle Dr I have encountered in her field!! Very nice staff, clean lobby and room. She listened to my concerns and talked me through them. Highly recommend this office!!!

What a wonderful practice. Dr Burrows bedside manner is the absolute best. If you want a dr that really listens to you…she is the one to see. I just cannot say enough good things about her and her practice

Extremely kind and empathetic staff. The wait times to get an appointment are long, but well worth the quality of care. Getting my IUD in, one of the nurses held my hand during insertion and sat with me while I recovered. I really appreciated the support during a stressful appointment.
