I'd been limping from hip and back pain for years while having a job where I walk 8-10 miles a day. Had my scans done and had a doctor tell me I needed a new hip. This is a big deal so I went for a second opinion. This one said my hip was fine it was my back. With two totally different diagnosis, I went to Dr. O'Brien. He talked to me about my pain and immediately knew what was going on. He pulled up my scan and showed me the issues in my hip and back. I will eventually need a new hip but he was confident he could put it off so that I would only need to have it done once. Arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone spur, clean up a torn labrum and smoothed out some arthritis. I'm not limping for the first time in YEARS! It's truly an amazing feeling. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

I’m very disappointed and unhappy with how Dr. Obrien treated me. I was referred here from a workers comp hand and wrist injury and he barely talked to me for 30 seconds. As I was discussing my symptoms I offered to show him photos from the day of my injury and he just shrugged and shook his head no. The urgent care I went to previously recommended I need a cast for my injury and he completely dismissed that and said I’m good to go back to work. I felt rushed and like he made his mind up before I even got to speak.

He fixed one of my fingers in 1999, so I went back to him for surgery on another one. His office was so nice to me, and he is great. I trust him. He isn't going to be covered by my insurance anymore, which is very disappointing because I like him so much.

Dr. had made up his mind exactly what he was going to do before I opened my mouth. Ordered an MRI and then gave me a shot which was what he wanted to do from the beginning. He did not think he had to mention that the MRI contained a tendon tear of which I was not aware and other specifics which would have helped me. Led me to believe he only looks at what he's asked to look at. A myopic robot.

This is my doctor and staff and I highly recommend them. He listens to your concerns and is not dismissive. He remembered me from a few years ago. I appreciate his honesty and support on not wanting to perform a significant surgery on me since I have significantly improved from years ago. A lot of which had to be changed I needed to make. He didn't judge me. From the time I called in and Tyler emailed me my paperwork to the point of check in, x-ray and visit I was treated with respect and concern. That kenalog injection has been great. I don't get that swelling pain after my walks. I will always be a patient here. If I have any further issues or concerns I know I feel like this is the place for me. As I have back in 2019 and still stands in 2023 I recommend Dr. Jeffrey T. O'Brien. My experiences have all been great. Thank you all for taking care of me.

I’m not one to leave reviews, most places deserve another chance when it comes to bad reviews .HOWEVER, I was sent to this office from a ER visit for a trauma arm injury. My whole arm was black and blue, lumpy, and in pain from my elbow down. My wrist was in pain but mostly my forearm was tight and hurting. The ER told me I had no broken bones but I should follow up to check for torn ligaments/muscles and what not. Dr.O’Brien showed up to the room I was waiting in and I told him what was going on. He proceeded to touch my wrist for about 10 seconds and told me I had a sprained wrist, then left. They didn’t do any type of scans and he didn’t even bother to look or touch the rest of my arm. I even explained to him where most my pain was, which was my upper forearm that had a giant hard lump in it. They sent me to another room to have a custom cast made, which I had to spend almost $100 on. The guy made my cast and I was on my way. Well, I got a call about half a day later from the office telling me I had to come back because they gave me the wrong cast…. So I went back, they guy joked about not giving me the right thing that I paid for and then got me the “correct” cast. The cast didn’t even fully support my wrist, just my thumb. Seems like they just saw some quick $$$. This was back in September, my arm still has pains in my upper forearm and wrist. Serious malpractice in my opinion but whatever, these doctors seem to be untouchable in our society. Also, I’ve been getting harassed to pay more money now for about 2 months. Save yourself the money and visit an office that actually cares for its patients.
