First time I’ve seen a doctor in years!!!!!!!!!! When I mean years it’s been like 10 years or so! Dr Jordan loftis is truly amazing! Takes time with individual and doesn’t rush you. Listens and genuinely cares and makes you feel better and validated for how you feel. Highly recommend!!!!!!! Thank you Doctor Jordan Loftis for being so amazing! I felt like I just had a massage after my visit that’s how amazing he is just by speaking with you! A gift indeed! It was SO refreshing and therapeutic! I needed it! Does his job, but has a heart behind it. You can see the difference and boy am I glad I got the opportunity to meet him in person! He’s a busy individual being in the profession he’s in I’m sure and I am honored to know I have him on my side for my medical needs and health concerns! 12/10 stars!

Dr. Jordan Loftis of Complete Care, Merritt Island, Courtenay location is my relatively new primary physician. After being with my previous doctor for 26 years now retired, I was very apprehensive about finding a replacement. I tried another doctor before Dr. Loftis but he didn't have a good support staff and just getting a prescription took several weeks. I decided to try Dr. Loftis and he rotates between several convenient locations. He is outstanding and really cares about his patients. He doesn't hesitate to make referrals if warranted. He has attempted to get my Hypothyroidism under control and just referred me to Dr. Rita Jain, Endocrinologist at Rockledge and she and her staff are working hard on my behalf after Dr. Loftis provided them with lab results of a year's period or more. Dr. Loftis has also just referred me to a dermatologist due to a suspicious raised, red mark on my head. I appreciate his knowledge and his excellent care. Thank you, Dr. Loftis.

Was denied an appointment. A couple of website stated Dr. Loftis accepts Medicare patients. He does not.

They want to see you in a car! I’m not a transient- not a dog! I need a Dr that actually cares and he DID when he first got here- now he can care less and try to get an appt when you’re sick! Forget it!

I started seeing Dr. Loftis summer 2021. During this time period (aprox. 6 months) he has been exactly what I needed a primary care physician to be. He listens to what I tell him & doesn't rush through the process. He will answer my questions and is very thorough to actually solve the mystery/issue & get to the root. Definitely not typical like so many doctors. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for him.

Husband recently saw Dr. Loftis at the N. Banana River Blvd. office and was very satisfied with visit. Dr. was on time and the office was clean. Dr. listened to my husband’s concerns and spent time explaining to him treatment along with expectations. Very down to earth, will definitely be returning to Dr. Loftis.
