I have been using Lani Fong for my Primary Care Physician for a couple years. In that time it is impossible to get an appointment within a month. Further I decided to move to an area with better health care, and she flat refused to help get me referrals to my new specialist in the new area. I was told they would put in the referrals and after several weeks and my new doctors not receiving the referrals I called back and was told she couldn't put in referrals in another area. This is a lie and I have had to have my specialist do this instead even though your PCP is supposed to be the one to do this. Her response was I should just get a new PCP in the new area and have them do this. Not only does that add a significant delay that with my treatment and my internal medical implants I can't afford, but it also costs me more money to see yet another doctor just for a referral. She needs to quit trying to cover her own but, and instead care about what is best for the patient.

I was told that my Primary Care Physician would not help me transfer my care for the specialists I go to when I was moving. Doctors like Mrs Fong have no idea how much it costs to go to doctors, and they are also clueless at the length of time it takes to jump through unnecessary hoops when dealing with life saving care.

Dr Fong is very polite and straightforward. Very easy to talk to and refill medications. Office is clean and has nice view.

If you need a prescription be sure to call the Dr. office 3 or more times, find a farmacy where they have your meds, by yourself. Call between the farmacy and the dr. office 4 or more times and when you actually come to pick up the prescription it will still be wrong...and repeat this cycle every time. Valerie seems to be the only one that actually cares enough to help you.

Dr. Fong is in the field she belongs in. She’s a great listener and truly cares. Her staff, also friendly and helpful. Truly can’t ask for better.

Dr. Fong and her assistant never review the chart and is clueless with every interaction I have with them. They show no sign that they actually care about the welfare of the patients. They don't care that I dont have insurance they want multiple appointments with multiple doctors that give same results. They hear what they want to hear and expect everyone to have as much money as they do. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I would recommend Dr. Fong. She is friendly yet straight-forward. I feel more confident in managing my health after a couple appointments. The staff are also nice and try to be helpful. 220 Sykes is easily accessed and has ample, free parking. Thanks
